I owned a Gallardo for about 6 months and very VERY quickly learned that these are no joke. I spent probably around $6000 at indy shops and the car was down for about 10 weeks of that 6 months of ownership getting extensive work done. Probably saw it on a flatbed as much as I did in my garage.
Ed buy's a Bugatti Then has 3 Lambos with full engine out services done, Is Ed trying to flex on us or is he just trying to spend literally every dollar he's ever made in his life?

It rarely is. In a perfect world, working on supers/hypers would be just like working on a Civic or classic Ford.
I love watching Ed Bolian videos. They always confirm my older, boring Toyota ownership. Let's me keep more of my funds to do stuff around the house other than having to spend thousands keeping my little collection running. Off to the local nursery, wife says we need more flowers! Fall is time for planting! It is almost here. Keep them coming Ed!

@@DCMotorWerks, a quick Google search shows that A&H Dry Ice Blasting has a portable service and is within an hour of you guys. Perhaps give them a call!

The jack under the front diff is what kept the motor in a bind. No coincidence that lowering it got it out you just want to support the torque tube so it doesnt lever on the front of the motor not lift it

For the record, and unsurprisingly, the plan is working. The algorithm brought me here. I watched the first video about the Lambos in your shop the other day (the one on Vinwiki's channel) and BAM this was in my feed today. Let Ed's marketing help give him a good discount! We all want to see them...well at least not slipping in certain gears. 😆

When I say things like this to my mechanic, he gives me a look like he is going to punch me. With that said, if he says alternative parts I will throw out the "Like a Geo Metro" line. With it!

Really hard to hear 55,000 miles is a “highest mileage in existence” example. I understand it and why 55k is high mileage for these cars it’s just weird to hear 😂 both my cars heb over 220k miles so 55 sounds less high mileage hero and more brand new

One of my favourite CZcamsrs Ricky at reperformance in hes latest video he is doing a Murcielago engine built. The part prices is nauseating Lambo charge 5000 pund per engine sleeve for example. The customer is involved so it makes it more complex for Ricky. The rod bolts crazy prize aswell so they manufactured own bolts. Last time I bought a sleeve for my Toyota it was 5 USD In dollar's.

Not to sound silly, but can the beam that runs across the back of the engine at 13:45 be removed. I do see bolt heads, and I was wondering if that would make it easier when you reinstall the motors.
No. Those are the Decklid mounts that can be removed
watching this in europe. never ever will I get a Lambo. If i would, I wouldn't ship it to you for service for obvious reasons. but still, give Ed serious discount for exposure

Gorgeous cars. My bucket cars. But man, they are built like crap. I bet they have well under 50k miles, yet they need fixes i wouldnt accept on a 200k mile car. This is why porsche is so great - you can actually drive them.

I own 2008 LP640 with only one ignition key. I’ve tried to order one from lambo dealership but it requires 4 digit code that I don’t have. I am trying to find a solution to this. If anyone knows how to get the code or go around it to program the key please let me know.
