I recall listening to a podcast by one of the old WWE announers (JR) and they were talking about why DJ has been more successful in movies than others like Stone Cold and etc and he was saying the difference between SC and DJ is that once SC did a couple of movies he realized he did not like the movie business overall and it was just his private personality vs DJ being what you see in interviews and similar situations and that he always knew that DJ was going to be bigger than life because of his candor and attitude but also his natural showmanship. You can see it, and I think he always tries to represent honesty, at least it seems that way.
I’ve been a DC fan from when I first saw Superman in the early 1970’s as a child growing up,but man I cannot wait to see Black Adam and I truly believe it will change the DC Universe as what Dwayne Johnson said.
Already booked tickets for Black Adam in IMAX for this weekend. Last time I was this excited was for Christopher Nolan’s TDK

You can see the passion Dwayne has for DC. In a project, when you see that the people that matter are passionate towards the project, it does turn out good mostly. Dwayne's production company is one of the production houses for the movie. He's literally put his own money on this. Excited for Black Adam. A strong DC is important for the superhero genre. It will push MCU to pick up their game too.

He knows how to read a room and what the fans want. He keeps his finger on the pulse at all times coz he knows very well a king without his people is no king at all. That's why he's the king of entertainment of this generation, and arguably the current biggest Hollywood superstar besides Tom Cruise. Black Adam is basically his Top Gun Maverick.
saw it and it definitely is changing the game in the DC universe, they needed this and it was very refreshing to see what this movie brought to the table
