Hey drummer from ATS here ! Very interesting take on the meaning of the song, especially connecting the music box sounds to childhood innocence. When i wrote the instrumental i was heavily influenced by more prog acts like King Mothership, Rush, And Periphery, so i thought adding some extra sounds and piano would really make the piece come together. thank you for the excellent analysis :) Cheers !

I have commented about other bands and never heard back so thank you for taking the time to respond 🙂. I also dabble in the area of writing lyrics for music, I draw inspiration for my songs from my own personal experiences, anyway I think you guys are awesome.
