11:30 at my school u can literally leave and come in whenever u want. u dont have to say anything to a teacher or literally anyone u can just leave at any time.
my school has a "study release" (it counts as a class, and u don't go into school) so ppl just come in late and leave early for that "class" which means that anyone can come in and leave whenever they want to
