When Sadguru said that human birth follow the rotation cycle of moon, he meant human bodies also follow same cycle which is responsible for our birth. Female menstrual cycle follow cycle of moon of 27-28 days approx. This female cycle is the reason for birth of humans.
Ida naadi is also called chandra naadi representing the female or Shakti. Ida naadi is when our left nostril is more active compared to right nostril. It represent finer aspects like art, music etc. Pingala is Surya naadi. When right nostril is more active, it is called Pingala.
