It's challenging without medical knowledge. May be one you get someone but still they will cheat you. It needs personal involvement
Just hold the people accountable... As an accountant, that shouldn't be hard. Daily balancing of medicines and other supplies vs the cash collection so you know how you're progressing. With time you catch up.

Ain’t you charged to register the lab?
It's little money grace. Most people don't register there labs in clinics but ideally if it's a big lab you with a lab technician in it you have to register it. It's not expensive

Can a stand alone laboratory work independently??? How much does it require to set up because I am laboratory technologist in Uganda
Why all the 10 years for a Registered Nurse? What is the Logic Behind 10 years?. Some of us are stuck in Drug shops, Private sectors & the money us really not reliable. Those people in Nurses Council should revise their Rules. What experience do they want if they failed to bring up a top Notch Nurse following the Nursing Curriculum.
In most cases while at school, Nurses study a lot of non-applicable course units and fail to focus on the applicable foundation course units that can be an advantage to the available population needs. Then Later you are given 10 years of experience to Learn the applicable professional procedures to be allowed to start up your private clinic. That were the loophole is. Otherwise thanks for the guidance.

@@SpecialJacobvlogs we are still dragging behind with rules that cannot help a healthcare provider to survive in the current competitive world. UNMU Should focus on some of those factors. Otherwise the healthcare systems are dying drastically.

I have a future plan of starting a health centre but am not a medical work am just a human being studied accounting. Can it be ponsible for me.
Nothing is impossible with money
Are those ten years required from a nurse for diploma holder or bachelor holder in nursing. Or whatever the case the years are equal
It doesnt matter, they consider nursing almost some at diploma and degree

No you can start as you wait for your license. Just have the payment receipts with you
