how do I make it so there is only the button to click open a ticket and no message for it
for some reason, when i go to click "authorize", it just loads for half a second and goes back to saying "authorize". Do you know why this is?
Hey! Amazing tutorial, but how do I add multiple options for the buttons? Like how your button says "Click to create!" I want mines to have different options such as General Question, or Report user.
You can add multiple buttons onto 1 ticket bot message but if thats what you mean.
@@JamieYeOnline ohhh yeah I just figured this out, but I need help with something else. How do you make it so there's a button that says "claim" when the user opens the ticket? Because it doesn't show up on my side, I got a friend to test it out and I still didn't see it.

You can add the bot into your ticket staff team and the bot along with other staff in the team will be added any new ticket opened
I saw when you made the ticket it said claim how do you do that?

If you enable claims, it automatically adds a button
but for bigger sever this will be a big mess for admins ... is there any way to put all these tickets in one category automatically?
tickets are only visible to ticket staff. tickets will go into their set category and have their own channel for each ticket.
after i click on authorise, i can't go to reaction panel. can anyone help?
No need to it got updated just go to ticket panels and after that press new panel o the tickets panel then do whatever he did

How can I change the name of the channel that is created when a person clicks create ticket? For example, I want to make it called "Ticket @username"
Unfortunately ticketsbot and a couple other ticket bots cannot create channels with the users name as the channel. It will only be #ticket-01 or 0001

You can edit the message that ticketbot says automatically when someone opens a ticket

Click on Reaction panels, click edit next to a ticket or create a ticket if you haven't then scroll down until you find welcome messagem

you click the open ticket button and ticket bot should open up a channel named something like (#ticket-#0001)
