I must say your content is the best ski/snowboard in Japan. Been binging your videos non stop man. Every winter I make time to ski as much all around japan and recently I got this craving for small, lesser known resort (the likes of kamui, sugi, seki onsen). Better pow, less crowd and authentic Japanese experience. Can’t wait for your next coming season and perhaps could cross path. I scored quite no of early bird ski passes and can’t wait.
Some ideas for content you might want to consider, tips to score pow, fresh lines, exploring lesser known resort, hidden gems. Also side content such as culture and foods, this will broaden the viewers to not only ski bumps like us.
Lastly, please do not stop making this type of content. You and the team are awesome.

Last season was our first time to film this kind of CZcams stuff and had a blast. Really didnt have much plan but we definitely learnt from the experience.
Your 100% right!!!! We need to add more to our episodes in terms of information to share and all your content ideas are own our list.
This season we will do the same style vloggiing that cuts to cinetmatic ski segment and then back to vlogging to keep it fun and raw. But this time we will create sections in the episodes where we introduce teh ski resorts, share some facts and info etc....
More culture, food and all the good stuff.
So any episode ideas are more than welcome!

I really want to make a point about something-this dude is doing something different and it’s very respectable. Japan is a great country, but as the world knows it might be tougher for foreigners compared to other countries. As a half Japanese individual who can speak and read the language, I still even deal with the burdens of “gaijin” syndrome. Having said, to live in a van, make japanese friends, make a business, and still enjoy it while doing it? Extremely impressive to me. I’m sure your content will only get better from here. 🎉🎉🎉
Cheers for the kind words man 🤙Japan is definitely a tough country to live in as a foreigner and i meet alot of people that live here and get so sour with everything. I just accept it and enjoy everything and remind myself what brought me here in the first place. Truthfully Japan can be a very lonely place at times and living here can feel so isolated..... Thats where snowboarding comes in, surrounded by people with similar interests and ideas. I met my friend Tomo (the Japanese guy in the videos) years ago back in Miyazaki where we both worked as life savers, he couldn't speak English and I couldn't speak Japanese and 7 years later we still hanging out with each other and forming a stronger connection as both our languages improve 🤣

Yeh im sure you will have such a sick little place in the woods and ill def come over to visit! This little shack is nice but its in the Sub Tropics of Japan, pretty far from the mountains. I only wore a beanie to give the video cozy autumn vibes 🤣i was sweating
@MTNswell I hope so! That's the plan one of these days. If you ever make it over here, you're more than welcome to stay with us. We can go on a "Powder Highway" trip and hit all the resorts out here. Hahaha. Gotta do what you can for the videos 🤣🤣

🤣 this not my apartment. Just an empty house i kind of took over slowly. Used it to store some gear and then as the owner never really minded i started to make it into my hobby room and workshop. Now its a full fledge CZcams studio 🤣doesnt even have electricity. I have to run powder cords over from my house

You’ll love the X3 and the editing is so good and easy. It really is best when it’s close to you. Harder to film someone you are following as it’s too far away.
The person carrying it on the selfie stick is really the main act.

Just travelling and skiing. Checking out some resorts i havent been to as well as some ones i have. Also do some sight seeing in the mix. I may not do Hokkaido this year. The ones i have booked so far are - Zao Onsen, Appi Kogen, Geto Kogen, Hakkoda, Aomori Springs, Myoko Kogen, Lotte Arai, Tenjin and probably alot around Yuzuwa@@JapanSnowPhotographer

@@JapanSnowPhotographer sounds good. I’d say I’ll be around yuzuwa/tenjin late February. Probably 21st feb to around 2nd of march.
Previously done Kagura, Naeba and Kandatsu a few times.
Went to kandatsu this year in loved the small feel and it had a cool young atmosphere. Some of the side/back country there actually looks steep but not sure what their policies are
Want to check out some of the other smaller resorts just to mix it up.
