In all my years of watching boxing I've never seen anything as despicable as someone spitting on his opponent. He should have been disqualified, fined and suspended.

That was such a despicable, immature stunt to spit in the face of his opponent. Klitschko handled it in the best possible ways; first he slightly smirked at Chisora barely acknowledging the disgusting attempt to somehow shake his focus and then, best of all, he handily bested him in the ring. It reminds me of an old George Herbert quote I have always tried to keep in mind and also teach to my sons, "Living well is the best revenge." . It's still a true statement centuries later and I find it to be every bit as sweet (most times heh, heh).

Strongest Clickbait I ever seen.
The most impressive part about this fight was that Vitali injured his left shoulder early in the fight and beat Chisora with only one properly working arm on points relatively easily. In the first rounds, up to round 4 I think it was - would need to re-watch the full fight to confirm. Vitali was countering and beating Dereck to the punch with his jab and was starting to wear him down very early on. Then after he tore the ligament in his shoulder he couldn't outbox him as before, which made the fight a lot more competitive and very likely saved Chisora from getting knocked out. He was talking him to boxing school until the ligament snapped. No hate on Del Boy, he's shown that he has heart many times but even with Vitali not being able to use his jab to full potential he couldn't put a lot of pressure on him.

Chisora spat on Wladimir, Vitali's brother. He would've got knocked out if it was Wladimir he fought. Wladimir had a lot more power than Vitali and Vitali was already 41 at that stage and had multiple injuries before.
The boxing management must empliment descent and discipline boxer. They should have rules to be fallowed by any boxer player. Respect is one of the most important to any person. They should suspended cheros after the fight .

The thing about Vitali was his chin. Compare him and Wladimir. Vitali is always relaxed even against Lewis BCS he knows that he can eat any punch and still not get knocked out. It is a great ability and that makes him better than Wladimir.
Yeah I sort of agree with you. I think Wladimir was better than Vitali in every way except the chin. And the "glass chin" theory is BS of Wladimir just btw. Corrie Sanders was a very powerful puncher and 90% of boxers would fall from those punches. He also kept standing after a massive uppercut from AJ. Look at Dillian Whyte, he took a much smaller uppercut from Fury and was gone. So I think it would have been an interesting fight to see Vitali vs Wladimir. Vitali was also powerful before all the injuries and would be a real threat to Wlad. Then again, Wladimir had incredible power that might have knocked even Vitali out, but we'll never know what it takes to knock Vitali out, because he's never been down. I think he has the best chin in heavyweight history. I came to this conclusion after I saw him eat an absolutely massive uppercut from one of the hardest punchers in history, Lennox Lewis. I recommend you watch that fight. The fact he kept standing is astonishing. If Wlad couldn't knock him out I don't know who'd win. Prime Wlad with Manny Steward was close to unbeatable and his footwork was amazing as well as his boxing ability. I think Wlad would win on points, but if Vitali could land his shots he could knock Wlad out. It's a very difficult decision. Chris Byrd was once asked this question and he also really struggled to say who would win and said he thinks it would be a draw. He fought both Vitali and Wladimir and said Vitali's tougher, but Wladimir hits 3 times as hard. I guess we'll never know 😅.

Also, Sanders was a hell of a fighter but you could see the difference between Vitaly and Wladimir fighting him. Vitaly simply had a much stronger chin and no fear was there. Their styles express that as well. During the later stages of his career, Wladimir's fights basically became unwatchable. Like the Povetkin fight or that Lepai fight. Or even Fury fight. One truly great fight was with Joshua. Vitaly was much more relaxed and would not hold as much. If they fought, due to chin and stamina, I strongly believe Vitaly would win Wladimir. But that is just my subjective opinion ofc.
@@braddivac3561 Yeah I agree with most, the only thing I'll argue with is the fight he lost against Corrie Sanders was before he was training with Emmanuel Steward, in fact all his losses were before or after he trained with Steward. Except in the first Brewster fight. And that Brewster fight was, I think, the first fight he had with Manny in his corner. It was very controversial because many people believe he was poisoned by order of Don King (this isn't some ridiculous theory as Don has done similar things in the past, for instance he rigged the first Lewis vs Holyfield fight and made the judges score it a draw as he bet 10 million dollars on it and made around 200 million on the fight) as Wladimir was gassed after only for rounds (which is really strange because I'm sure Manny wouldn't have allowed Wlad to throw unnecessary punches or to come into the fight in bad shape) and afterwards he was almost in a comatose state and had to be taken to hospital and nearly died. Wlad dominated Brewster in their second fight. I know his fights may have become boring later, but that's what Manny taught him and it was extremely effective. That Prime Wlad was, as I said nearly unbeatable in any era. That's why I'd say it would be close fight. Prime Vitali was also nearly unbeatable though. That first loss was due to a torn rotator cuff and he would've never been able to box again if he continued with that fight. He was beating Lennox until Lennox cut him (with the side of his glove, not with a punch). Lennox retired after the Vitali fight and didn't give him the rematch he deserved. That's the only real blemish on Lewis's record imo, because he avenged both his losses. You could say Lennox was 37 and not at his best anymore, but he claimed before the Vitali fight that he was just getting better and better and he was aging like fine wine, but after the Vitali fight he suddenly changed his mind and retired. He's always been insulting the Klitschko's when commentating and has always been a bit jealous I think of their successes. I think Wladimir wouldn't have that fear for Sanders in his prime, as he beat and in the second fight knocked out Sam "The Nigerian Nightmare" Peters, who was a huge puncher too. So yeah, I still think it would be a close fight, but this is also just my opinion. But I do think that's the only fight that would be a real problem for Vitali, apart from Lennox Lewis maybe. This is a bit beside the point and extremely controversial, but I think the 4 boxers who would dominate in all era's would be Vitali, Wladimir, Lennox and Fury. Yes, I didn't put Ali, Tyson, Foreman, Holyfield and many more. Simply because I think they physically just aren't big enough. Let's compare Fury to Mike Tyson for instance: Fury is 38cm taller than Tyson and around 20 kg heavier. Tyson was dominated by Lennox (Yes, I know he wasn't in his prime, but neither was Lennox, plus I still think he'd beat him in his prime, as Tyson ducked Lennox, which is the opposite of what most people say) and him and the Klitschko's as well as Fury are just physically so much superior than the rest of the greats. They're not like Valuev who's big but can't move, they're all very athletic with a big reach. But yeah also just my opinion.
@@Anonymous-xl9pq I have to disagree. Wladimir, for all his talents, simply lacks the chin, stamina, and speed to beat any elite fighter from the past. He also gassed out before and if the refs were ever fair in his fights he would always get point deduction due to excessive holding which again comes from the need to protect the chin. Any of the 90's big 3 plus Bowe would defeat Wlad.
