A horn-loaded HF driver sits within the midrange driver, and bass support comes from two 7" woofers. You lost me on the horn loaded tweeter which I loath then stick it in the middle of the mid range drive which to my ear compromises that drivers performance and you got a package that just doesn't interest me.
