Good video, subscribed 👍🏾
Nice tip Andrew, thanks! I thought you were going to recommend angling the flash head upwards and use the built in bounce card. This works better. Cheers from a long time subscriber..
Happy seeing ur comments here Impostertort. Happy learning!!!
Channel admin Farah N 😉 😉 😉
I like how the video looks completely perfect. What monster of a camera is the videographer using? In this video, the photo camera's flash is being used like a shadow filler, and I think that's a good way to use head-on flash, but using head-on flash at a distance in the dark can sometimes work too because distance will naturally diffuse the light.
THanks
Hey Beyond Photography! Could you take time to teach about time-lapse and types of it?
Interesting idea 👍. I personally love time lapse photography. Let's hope Andrew make a video on this sooon 😊. In the meantime do stay tuned for more videos.

Any video on shooting direct flash indoors at events or portraits? Also what are the advantages and disadvantages on direct flash indoors?
Thanks for the tip! Any difference in dialing down the flash output instead of over exposing? Love to read your thoughts on that.
Hi there, I always enjoy your videos. My night photography leaves something to be desired. Maybe you could do a few night vision videos? Thanks Andrew.

thank you so much. means a lot to me and my team, Mark - Andrew, from Malaysia, with love
thank you for your wonderful tutorial. I didn't know you can use the flash like that. Question related to the same topic. How about venues with very high ceilings, and place is a bit dark? Like a fancy restaurant, indoor, can we use this Setup as well?
I am used to bouncing the light at the ceiling or using a bounce card. Thank you!
Truly Masterful Sifoo!
Paul.... miss you and hope you are doing well and appreciate your comment here, brother - Andrew
Hi Andrew, it would be great if you have a video to use speedlight indoor event at night. Thx hoang

*Hi Andrew thanks for this great informative lesson 👍🔥🔥🔥*
*By the way what camera and lens did you use for shooting this video?*
andrew you are best
I will go for the flashed photo
thanks sir, another nice video.. which camera and lens you use for this video?
I hope you tackle stereoscopic flash on the Nikon camera and flash.
Maybe I misunderstood. You said to put the camera in Auto ISO, but then set the ISO to 400. I'm a bit confused. Can you explain?
Why would you choose 400 iso, then put it on auto iso?
I know this is a bit late but, there’s a settings where you can min max your iso. Maybe he is telling us he set his maximum iso to 400 so when in auto iso maximum it will dial the iso is only 400 and minimum is whatever he set it. So depending on his aperture and shutter speed camera will compensate between example 100-400 ISO for exposure.
Thanks tips,
EV +1 when use TTL flash, are you use manual mode? Speed shutter below 1/160?
Please how use flash ttl with HSS when SS above 1/500
Even better to: if you think flash exposure is right, go 50% or at least 2/3 steps down with flash power. Then increase shutter time to get right exposure.
Thanks for sharing that 😍. Really good tips.
- Rin Othmani, Channel Admin -
can the same method be used indoor in a large hall for example where the roof and walls are further away?
thanks sir
Thank you for dropping by deepphotography
Channel admin Farah N 😉 😉 😉
Whenever there is good even light in indoor I always use direct TTL flash. Nikon's matrix TTL metering system is awesome. It gives excellent result in a very busy and fast action packed events.
Thank youuuuu for sharing it with us prakashsatam ❤❤❤
Channel admin Farah N 😉 😉 😉
I find that it can only be good with the higher end more expensive models. The cheaper ones, i sometimes feel they purposely dumb it down and it can get pretty inaccurate. - Andrew
