Of course the understanding through freedom. In our American society we have more freedom than we know what to do with it and it often leads to the squandering and abuse of those gifts. Such as miscarrying obstruction of justice, more innocent people in jails and confessing to crimes that they did not commit, more cases of depression and overworking about nothing, a lot of very sad stuff. We are supposed to be the greatest country in the world, and yet most people won't even care to admit that 9.6% of the entire population is mentally ill. So other countries don't really respect us as friends, so much as fearing us like bullies. Understanding through freedom implements teaching ways to make things actually better since we have the freedom to do so. It never needs to come to a pointless rebellion against our government. We are supposed to be self-sustaining. Government for the people, by the people if you will. But since enlightenment means different things to other people, the best answer I can really give is to learn it's meaning through yourself. Peace unto all, namaste

I used to deal with crippling anxiety, agitation and irritability before I got on NAC and Zoloft. But here I am now on NAC and Zoloft (will be on them for the rest of my life).
These are very helpful to me. They help me tune out the world and go inside myself with focus and awareness. I'm highly psychotic. These tunes help me filter out all of the hatred towards me. Sometimes there is stillness and calmness. I'm just grateful that they work on my mind so i can go beneath the psychosis. Much love to you all and thx for making these :)

My Dad is dying. I see him in the morning, if he wakes. This helps. I am so sad I can not take his pain away and we are on waiting list for morphene drip. Stomach and other painful cancers. He still has such beautiful eyes and I am grateful to see him. But I want his suffering to end. I don't understand why he must suffer.

For some reason I started get this images from my childhood. Cotton candy, reading science books of dinosaurs. I would pick up images as flavor and taste. In a given point I visualized this being with wings as a second plane of the memories I was viewing and in another a woman with a veil with a light star shape on her forehead. All with my eyes closed while listening to this.

Triparna kar That means its working. At least what happened to me, all my worries were coming up but I kept listening and meditating and its like my mind automatically found solutions. Like all at once my fear just vanished. Push through the anxiety. Just accept whatever your mind throws at you without judgement.
When you feel your fears and anxiety to my knowledge it's the emotion coming out of you and its working

No one else has mentioned that halfway thru the video it went silent... Am I the only one experiencing this??? I listened to this with and without headphones and hear nothing after 30 plus minutes.... Other CZcams videos work fine. What's up with that???

Beautiful. Is it just me? I can't hear anything past the 30:07 mark. It is total silence. Is this some secret tones only heard by our Higherself? I felt hung out after the tones stopped and nothing, yet the player still shows that it is playing and continues with no sound for one hour. It is really beautiful up to the 30 min mark. I have a pretty bad case of social anxiety that I experience when talking with my managers or people in high authority, will listening to this help my problem gradually?
I've been through so many test, remedies, sound waves and all. I still haven't got the help for major depression disorder, stress, anxiety. I was on a couple benzos awhile back but I ended up having to see a pain management specialist that prescribed me suboxone for pain cause the high doses of pain killers her damaging me and not working as well and they don't like patients taking suboxone and benzos together. Benzos were the only one's that actually helped but I rather feel no pain and be able to get around cause I have many health problems.

I've recently started listening to healing frequencies while sleeping. I'm finding the nights I do I have horrible vivid nightmares, specifically reguarding my children. I'm not an anxious person. I have a pretty amazing life. Does anyone have any insight on why this would happen?
I always fall asleep listening. I always listen before bed and in my last few minutes of awake I only consciously here a few seconds/minutes. Weill this still work? Have an effect in/on my subconscious? Thanks

blocked sinuses can be caused by real or perceived irritants or stressors to the body. Maybe the sounds/music caused you to relax enough to unblock the sinuses?
