Great looking home. Looks like it would be under 2,000 square feet. Say more so around 1500sqf? Or as you would say down under around 140 square meters?

IN JUST A FEW SHORT YEARS, THIS HOME WILL BE QUITE "DATED" AND OUT OF STYLE.
I'm not so sure about that. This qualifies as Mid-Century Modern (MCM) style which was born over 60 years ago and is now in high demand.
