I purchsed the product it worked well for 2-3 hr then it automatically got switched off and a blue light is blinking continuously I thought it got out of battery I charged it but the power in not turning on but there is a fm channel type sound coming in low volume what to do ?

I purchased karaoke mic but when i am connecting Bluetooth ..the mic doesn't work with the music and when i disconnect the Bluetooth ..mic works fine then ..karaoke not happening in this Karaoke mic ..is there any solution for this .
Should be some technical error, the mic should also work while on Bluetooth, try the buttons on the mic or reaching the manufacturer
