@markdwighttadina7655 Thanks for telling me about that. for the 5-star Skytrax carriers, are chipping away at PR passengers. despite them having a mix of common models seen in the PR fleet the exception being CX having the exact fleet as PR coming in the form of A320 B-HSx A321-231 B-HTx registrations A333 B-HLx A359 B-LRx registrations B77W B-KPx A35K B-LXx aeroplane registrations. On HKG-MNL want a better A359/A35K instead of RP-C3501-3508 upper RP-C35xx then go for CX for that route. Need to avoid PR127 JFK-MNL then try BR031 to TPE MNL BR271/272 CEB BR281/282 CX845/899 HKG MNL CX907/901 CEB 920/921 & lastly KE082/086 to ICN KE623/621 to MNL 615/616 CEB

Sadly in the Asia region, the PR international network is losing to the 5-star Skytrax carriers SQ BR OZ NH Star Alliance Skyteam KE Oneworld Alliance JL and CX which has an almost identical fleet to PR except for B777--9 having better services than PR in or out of MNL. From CEB PR loses to KE OZ & BR and has to codeshare with 5-star Skytrax rated CX on HKG-CEB
@@EpicThe112 Oh by the way, these 5-star airlines have one thing in common : Most are Government-owned. PAL was privatized in 1992 the start of President Fidel V. Ramos reign who is known for selling government assets to the private sector, earning him the nickname "Boy Benta". With the Maharlika Investment Fund coming expect PAL would be back at government's hands. PAL is a great airline when it was owned by the Government 🤷. When it was privatized, it was still good until Lucio Tan entered the scene.
