You have great grounds for a huge Lawsuit or 3
Get an estimate for the outcomes from the lawyer at max level he thinks you may get. Say $10 million
Plus criminal charges
Does she want her retirement in the slammer? And all her holdings sold to pay your law suits

Can't believe the luck (or not) the landlord is a real piece of work, and I don't know how your lease reads, but I would tell her that she has 24 hours to get the power on, or else you will pay the bill and deduct it from the monthly rent you pay her...At one time I rented over 10,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and owned a 5,000 sq. ft. one, and never had any problems...time to look for another place if one is close by. It's also just a replica. I bought one for my parents about a decade ago. I think I paid $400 (Australian). All original Grandfather clocks I could find at the time were online or at antique stores and were $5000 or higher. Really hard to find genuine ones.

I seen some of your videos before. Where are you bought the lockers and gave them back to the original owners because of special circumstances that is really good. Just watched a video that broke my heart it was called storage nut this guy bought a locker and the woman she wanted to buy it back from him because it had her scooter in it and she couldn't afford to pay for it so he just kept everything. It's just nice to know that there are kinds of people out there like you and your wife

No--Jeremy shouldn't have to leave. If he decides to, that is one thing, but that is a very expensive proposition! He has rights and the court should provide him restitution for the owner's incompetencies and disregard of the landlord/tenant rights inherent in a rental agreement.

Hey guys, very nice locker for sure! To get the wax out of the ceramic fish, put it in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours then take a blunt butter knife, or any utensils and use to pop off the wax. That’s how I remove all my used wax from votive candles. Take care. 👍🏼❤️

Oh my goodness I have the same cookie jar, I bought it when I was in the States as a gift for my parents it drove Mom nuts every time Dad opened it 😹😹😹 I can not remember what the cookie Cop said when you lifted his head 😿 I’m still to go through so much of Mom’s things in the house, but Dad and I have not been able to bring ourselves to open the boxes in the Storage shed we built to put my packed life into, along with many of theirs too, they had just moved into this house when life got complicated and all Dad and I could do was build the shed and but everything inside to be sorted later😳 it’s been 10 years since Mom passed away I had not realised it been that long🙀but I have been watching your CZcams and others like yours to get a handle on what Dad and I will be doing with most of it when we do.
One thing I have learned is to approach it with fun and adventure as it will tell a story as we finally get to open all the boxes.😊

Makes me wonder if it ain't the landlord that's making the cameras "disappear ". If shes that bad maybe shes the one getting into your stuff. Like everyone else I'd suggest find somewhere better, especially with it being part of your livelihood for income of storing items. Not only has she breached her contract but can also have the health dept shut her down for no working water/ restrooms. Get you one of those tent popups and a camping potty.

That crazy fish has a two fold use. You could just use the bottom to burn candles but the candle is actually uused to warm the dish set on the tail at the top .You place a dish up there and can use either essential oils in it or the little scented wax blocks in it for aromatherapy.
That dollhouse is the same as what i built for my daughters 45 years ago. Its even the same color.

I understand why you wouldn't want to let the person that broke into your business. I'll be honest, back in the 90s i was doing stupid things and was caught inside a fenced in area. I was charged for °2 burglary. I did my time, after getting out i went to a community College for auto collision. About 2 years after i was arrested, i went to the car lot that owned the property i broke into and asked for the owner. They said he was a realtor now but his son was there. So I told him I was the person arrested for breaking into his mechanical lot a couple years ago and that i was very sorry for what I did and to thank his father for making sure the charges stuck. Because it was the reality check i needed. He was very surprised that i had the nerve to come in and apologize. He didn't offer me a job or anything, even if he did i wouldn't have taken the offer because it was just to let them know i was sorry. About a week after that I found a car that was stolen from another car lot that knew that lots owner. That car lots owner couldn't get to the car in time, so i chased the guy down and after about a 20 minute chase the thief left the car. That owner was grateful for my help.
What im trying to say, is people can change, as long as they want to. It may take a reality check, but it can happen.

I would find another location. Then she won't get free money. (Your money for utilities)
i'd speak to the utility companies and show them your lease, along with proof you've paid for your utilities (bank statements) via your rent and it is your landlord who has not paid them (thus the liability is theirs not yours). then offer to pay any further ongoing bills directly (set the utilities up in your own name), but with the agreement you will not be liable for the landlord's delinquent account as the landlord has collected the utilities payments from you and fraudulently failed to pass the monies to the utility companies. then pay the rent, less the money demanded for utilities. if it went to court i doubt a judge would disagree with that course of action.

Those "little" armor plates are called SIDE PLATES. They go on either side of your body lower than chest level to protect you from side small arms fire, shrapnel, etc. They are pricey. Wow, I actually know a sports signature lol! It's JJ Stokes I'm pretty sure. I'm from the California Bay Area and I'm pretty sure he played for the 9ers in the early 90's. I was forced to watch them play... the whole family/friends/everyone were fans. It wasn't terrible watching Montana and Rice tearing it up... but I'm a bears fan. I think the S on the helmet is the old Michigan State logo and green color?

How can your court hearing not be until May? You should have recourse immediately when landlord is clearly in default on her obligations! This world is totally upside down. My tenants here in California have more rights than I do, but I would immediately be prosecuted for turning off utilities or otherwise preventing them from 'quiet enjoyment' of their homes.

I love the armoire and the beautiful clock, real solid wood is the best and I don't think anything can last as long if properly cared for. It's a shame about the gun but you are so right that it's in the best hands. The police kept watch on me when I lived in my old town and only relaxed as my parents did when I married and moved away, I owe them a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid. Now to the problem at the warehouse, all of the terrible treatment you are going through is to be heard in court, I would not want to be in that woman's position no way. That is harassment and the courts here would come down heavily on that. I pray that God is helping you get through this and whoever is advising her isn't helping her case in my opinion. Nasty business that you are stuck in the middle of it my dears. I had to chuckle at Patience bless her, lack of light wont stop that lady from getting her work done. Get a generator and have it in the warehouse during the day and remove it at night, hard work but its well worth it to spike the spite lol. I'm a determined lady who has dealt with spiteful mean spirited people in my life and I say you can knock me down but keeping me there is another matter entirely. i love how excited you guys get. even if you're just acting for the video, it really looks like you're both having the time of your life when you go through a new unit.. it's gotta be addicting like gambling, huh? that looks like a lot of fun.. it makes me wanna go out and buy some storage units, lol.
i lost a storage unit of my own in virginia a couple years ago for reasons. there was WELL over $5000 worth of stuff in there, a lot of RC hobby equipment (model airplanes, helicopters, cars, charging setups, tools, etc) furniture, computer electronics, etc. about 600 9mm bullets that i used for going to the range and shooting with friends.. man.. so much good stuff and i really deeply regret losing it.. but.. whoever bid on my unit, they made out like a BANDIT!
I wish you could get your own warehouse. Even if it's just an old empty house with lots of rooms. Even if it needs a little TLC. It's better than dealing with that property owner. Seems that she has fun interrupting your day to day life.
