A Texas man returned to the home he shared with his brother and sister-in-law earlier this month to find the woman dead and wrapped in a tarp in a bedroom. Christopher Robertson allegedly told a 911 dispatcher that he killed his wife, Kristlynne Owens Robertson. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber digs into how this police investigation took a terrible turn with Detective Eric Barnes.

If I lived to be a thousand years old, I’ll never get why these people don’t just leave or get a divorce or something along those lines. It’s way too common too.

@MeltedPearls I tried the civil suit route to bring out details but when the lawyer found no money of his to take, she dropped the whole thing.

Why would they, they rarely get the DP, usually get lower sentences when they cry wolf and they get to live with a roof over their head, daily food (regardless of its quality), healthcare whenever they need it and even get electronics nowadays... That's more than most homeless non-criminal people have

The post that is shown from the "Mommy's Crochet Corner" (MCC) Facebook page cannot have come from the female victim in this case. The deceased woman is 34-years old, while the MCC-author states that they have been together with their partner for "almost 30 years" -- and _that_ only came after they each had gone through "life's ups and downs" (so, not from pre-school).
