    Samosa ek popular snack hai jo crunchy aur spicy outer layer ke saath masaledar aloo ya keema filling ke saath banaya jata hai. Yeh deep-fried hota hai aur usually hari chutney aur imli ki chutney ke saath serve kiya jata hai. Neeche diye gaye recipe ke instructions ke mutabiq aap ghar par hi delicious Samosay tayar kar sakte hain:
    Ingredients:
    For the Outer Layer:
    2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
    2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
    1/2 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
    Namak (salt) to taste
    Thanda paani (cold water) as needed
    For the Filling:
    3 medium-sized boiled potatoes, mashed
    1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
    1 teaspoon saunf (fennel seeds)
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1 green chili, finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
    1 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
    1 teaspoon dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
    Salt to taste
    2 tablespoons hari dhaniya (fresh coriander), chopped
    Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Outer Layer:
    Maida, ghee, ajwain, aur namak ko ek large mixing bowl mein mix karein.
    Thoda thoda karke thanda paani daal kar dough banayein. Dough ko 15-20 minutes ke liye dhak kar rest hone ke liye rakh dein.
    Prepare the Filling:
    Ek pan mein thoda sa oil garam karein aur usmein jeera aur saunf daal kar bhunein.
    Phir ginger-garlic paste aur hari mirch daal kar sauté karein.
    Ab mashed potatoes, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, aur namak daal kar mix karein.
    Hari dhaniya daal kar mix karein aur stuffing ko thanda hone ke liye side mein rakh dein.
    Shape the Samosas:
    Dough ko divide karein aur har portion ko gol aata banayein.
    Gol aata ko belan se oval shape mein belan karein aur center mein cut karke do equal parts bana lein.
    Har part ko paani se moist karke cone shape mein fold karein.
    Cone ke andar filling daalein aur edges ko paani se seal karein.
    Frying:
    Ek deep frying pan mein oil garam karein.
    Garam oil mein samosay ko dheere dheere dal kar medium heat par golden brown hone tak fry karein.
    Serve:
    Garama garam samosay ko tissue paper par drain karke serve karein.
    Hari chutney aur imli ki chutney ke saath serve karein.
