I have double door fridge and broke glass heater thrice. Yes drain pipe is blocked. Is there any other reason it breaks so often? Can replace glass heater with other type of heater. Also it is difficult to find part no. For rt26h3000se Samsung.

@@repair24h43 Samsung and Authorized centre are the fraud and 420. They took the money for check up and lied that part will come in 1 week. Later they closed ticket 😔. Went back to Samsung to complaint and they reverted me back to centre and they lied that they told me part is discontinued. Nor did they told me part no. That's why I repaired it myself.
