Many songwriters would have written this in a minor key, to give it extra pathos and sentimentality, but not Freddie Mercury! No, by using F major, even though this is a song about loss and heartbreak, it becomes a song of hope and positiveness, a bright, uplifting song. Excellently done, as always, Connie, thank you. A lot of people have pressures and difficulties in their lives at the moment, but you singling songs like this helps lifts us above the parapet and look forward to better times. Keep it going, girl!
