You are a great genius who is returning his knowledge to society which you gained with a lot of hard work with uncountable suffering. The best thing is that you are spreading light of wisdom with free of cost without any salary.
You didn't disscus the most important war which actually "Religious War" or "Crusade" or "Jihad".
You have a Pakistani passport but you deny the basic principles of your founding father that Hindu , Sikh and muslims can not live together which connect us to you.
We have a common culture , living style , attire , music , language , history so we have so common things.
So you know why India partitioned??
The answer is that , few people have different morality. So they said that we didn't have anything common with impure hindus we have not only different kind of culture and tradition but superiority over hindus on historical grounds.We are not Baloach , Punjabi , Bihari , Marathi but a pure martial descendence so the history of Mughals , Turks and Arabs are our history.
You know the most toxic word in the human history was created by Prophet Muhemmad , which is "Kafir" (A person who don't believe in Allah and Muhemmad) and "Mushriq" (A person who praise other God with or without Allah) and "polytheistic" (worshipers of many Gods) will definitely go to hell. So do jihad against them until they convert.
Particularly Kafir is the most abusive, prejudiced and hateful word in any language.
First the muslims apply it for idol worshipers , Jewish , Christian , Sikhs etc.
Then they apply it to each other on basis of sects in the name of purification of islam.
This is the reason why , The Indian Muslims made a separate nation for pure people and knocked out impure people whom they called kafir (impure).
There are a lot of implications we have seen particularly political and military use of Islam,
You should remember few great and the most important fact that in India Vs Pakistan war , Pakistan army named thier campaign the operation "Badra" (holy war faught by Prophet Muhemmad) which was actually a religious war for them over mushriq hindus.
Second eg is , OIC.
In reality , It is not a progressive and democratic platform. It doesn't follow the International Human rights laws and don't protect the rights of women , non muslims , LGBTQ community etc.
It can be seen very easily in Cairo declaration charter which openly opposes the great thoughts of international UN equality , fraternity and individual liberty as Nazi union and Communist regimes had done before.
But it's ridiculous that No country in the world boycott this organization because the fear of mass boycott on basis of religion. Even all these nations are part of UN.
I remember Martin Luther King's words, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere".

When one look at spread of Islam world wide, it eradicated knowledge, science and free thinking from what ever land it occupied.
Then questions comes, how come talented and knowledgeable person (and few others) like Dr Hoodbhoy exits in Islamic Republic of Pakistan?
Answer - It takes a long time for eradicating something from a society that existed for long. Pakistani society has Hindu system of knowledge, science and free thinking in it, which came from generations (even after conversion). As you can see slowly Islamic way of life is taking over (e.g. mindset of majority of pakistanis and of course TTP ) and will eventually finish existing scientific and rational talent.
Talented people like Dr Hoodbhoy, true to their Hindu heritage, will try to fight Islamic way of eradication BUT when you look at history of countries beyond western boundary of pakistan, such people always lost and Islam won.

An honest criticism of Pervez Amirali Hoodbhoy. Hoodbhoy undoubtedly is an excellent scientist with a solid basic education as well. As an intellect he is thus no fanatic but an objective individual. He is also a genuine follower of Islam, a great religion like other religions. Nevertheless, he goes a little overboard as far as the Semites (in his case Yehudis) are concerned. Indeed the Semites (Parvez gives more credit to the Yehudis, however, the contributions of Semitic Arabs must not be ignored) contributed much in many disciplines. Also he must never ignore the Aryan (Indo-European) nations which have given us greats among others such as Aryabhatta, Galileo, Newton, Plank, Heisenberg, Pauling, Sanger, etc. As far as nuclear weapons are concerned he errs; the genuine nuclear powers are Russia, USA, India, Britain, France, China and Israel. Israel got the Uranium ore from South Africa during the apartheid period and advanced designs from Jewish origin U.S. scientists. Some of these advanced designs they provided to their beloved China. Pakistan and North Korea have no usable Uranium ore and have received a bomb or two from China. As far as the Turkish drones the technology is relatively old and has been provided by Israel to Turkey based on U.S. technology. The Iranian drones are older Russian drones which Russia is testing for Iran in Ukraine against future possible threats to Iran. Yes Iran has the Uranium ore and smart scientists to make the bomb.
What about Laser, Maser based weapons? Targeted release of energy on enemy installation?

Dear Dr. Hoodbhoy, I want to bring your attention towards the present plausible use of nuclear weapons by USA in such a manner that needs to be investigated. For example in 2011 under the sea near Fujiyama an unmanned nuclear submarine went deep under the sea and detonated its atomic bomb creating a huge sphere of super heated steam and radioactivity. Try to search the visuals of first tsunami waves hitting Fujiyama shore. You will notice black coloured material hitting the shore. My hypothesis is that this black material is the dead sea life which died due to the underwater nuclear explosion. The Fujiyama reactor accident was just a cover up operation to divert the increase in radioactivity level of water towards Fujiyama reactor instead of the underwater nuclear blast. I would love to discuss further details on this hypothesis.

What pakistan really needs is a version of islam that denounces all bad and wrong things from THE BOOK. Most of it is from historical times in arabia. It also MUST erase completely hard embedded hatred towards other religions and conversion. This version while keeping good things from islam, should bring in encouragement to think, analyze and improve religion. Also while keeping islam it must include Indic values in it. Then only pakistan can prosper in the long term, else choose to become another afghanistan!
