Kuala Lumpur is a bustling city with colonial-style buildings and glittering skyscrapers. The Petronas Twin Towers, a pair of #skyscrapers with a sky bridge and observation deck, the Petaling Street flea market, and the more than 400 million-year-old Batu Caves are just a few of the well-known attractions of #malaysia capital.
The urban population's intellect was acknowledged in 2020 when #kualalumpur was named the World Book Capital by UNESCO. A city like Kuala Lumpur is a beacon of hope for the future, showing that it is possible to blend cosmopolitanism with spirit in the present day when people are reading fewer books than ever.
Kuala Lumpur is one of the best known cities for skyscrapers. Its soaring twin towers were once the tallest buildings in the world, and have been an icon of the city.

17 years ago me and my wife decided to spend a few days in Malaysia, a few months later we thought why not to spend the new year in KL? Another few months later we decided to spend our summer holiday this year in Perhentian Islands and then we discovered that we fell in love with this country, it's people, it's nature, it's culture and simply everything about it. After 15 years of living in KL nothing changed and we still have the same feelings... thanks to our decision to spend few days in Malaysia 17 years ago 😉

An intriguing description of Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lumpur is one of the smaller capital cities in a humid region of Southeast Asia. Travelers from the West, in particular, find Southeast Asia to be an extremely fascinating region to explore. The architecture of Kuala Lumpur blends elements of the East and West with regional elements and colonial influences. Malaysia is still among the top tourist destinations in the region despite having fewer historically significant and fascinating landmarks than any other Southeast Asian countries.
This is due to the fact that Malaysia is located in the heart of Southeast Asia, between China and India, the two major Asian nations. Malaysia serves as a hub for Asian immigrants and is home to a cosmopolitan society where many ethnic groups get along well and thrive peacefully and harmoniously. Due to the sizeable Muslim population, Malaysia also draws a considerable Middle Eastern community.
Despite having a reputation for being kind, Malaysians are mostly reserved individuals. We often let guests explore our country on their own unless they truly require our aid. If such were the case, we would be happy to help them. We are more concerned with not appearing to be invading their privacy or causing them unwarranted suspicion. In fact, we are delighted to welcome both tourists and foreigners, and we cordially invite them to get to know us as sociable individuals with whom they might make excellent friends.
English is a commonly used language in Malaysia since it is taught as a second language in our educational system. While English is widely spoken here, Bahasa Melayu is our official language. Many foreigners can still communicate with us in at least basic English, which would explain why they don't try to learn any of our local tongues. Only those who genuinely want to fit in with the community will go all out to at least become proficient in Bahasa.
In terms of food, Malaysia offers easy access to both international and all Asian cuisines when it comes to eating. Eat Chinese food without visiting China, Indian food without visiting India, and Arab food without visiting the Middle East. They brought and preserved their culinary customs, giving Malaysia a wide range of delectable dishes.
Even though you could discover that some tourist attractions are relatively pricey, the vast majority are free. Malaysia is frequently extremely affordable, worth your money, and generally quite cheap. You can choose from inexpensive lodgings popular by backpackers and street food to luxury restaurants and well-known five-star international branded hotels.
Malaysia has the best healthcare in the world, per the 2019 International Living Annual Global Retirement Index. Medical care is comparable in cost and has a very good track record of success. That is one of the primary reasons that numerous foreigners choose to visit to Malaysia for medical care.
Even while Kuala Lumpur isn't as big and bustling as cities like Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, and Ho Chi Minh City, getting around is still much easier. Come and stay in Kuala Lumpur or any other Malaysian city if you prefer tranquil surroundings to the hustle and bustle of large cities. Malaysia is a country that is indeed part of Asia, travelling here is like travelling around the entire continent. So, please consider Malaysia as your second home in Asia any time you have the chance to visit Malaysia because Malaysia is truly Asia.

Kuala Lumpur attracts way more talents than people actually thought of! Even if it's not Internationally, at the National Level it is literally known as the Gold Mine of the Malaysian Workforce. Me myself am fron Penang, but spent almost my entire adult life in Kuala Lumpur to earn, live and enjoy (as well as build petty fame) in this city. From a college student into a blue-collar working-class adult who only knows manly hobbies such as automotive, gym and even sports (such as bowling, football and even go-kart), eventually as I moved into the white-collar environment I learnt to tone-down a little to newly-acquired hobbies such as playing the piano, salad/appetizer/mocktail-making and even making origami-folding. Certain traits of mine (such as photography as well as dancing) remains in me. I also gained lots of friends here in KL just because there are many good topics to chat about on a daily basis. And yes, trust me, it's the very core of my true-identity shaping upon living in KL for, say; the past 15 years (with a gap of 3 years due to completing my working bond at my hometown).
