How to backup PostgreSQL

Why should you use continuous postgres backups? That will be answered in the video.
When you are hyped up about that.
We will setup continuous PostgreSQL backups to S3 from scratch using Wal-G.
We will also do restores, both full and to a specific point-in-time, from said storage.
