    Great informational video! Thank you very much. Also, I am not sure if this was covered. For the mortgage amount that can be borrowed, banks estimate 5 times one’s gross salary income. (For eg 50k euros x 5 = 250k).

    Hello Mam,
    But the current minimum interest rate is 3.7% approx. The house price also boomed around 4Lakhs euro. I think it's not the right time to buy a house. If it's possible, can you make the video based on the current situation.

    Hello Sister. The video was quite informative. I value your extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas. God's blessings.
    I have a question about the three types of insurance you mention. If a person loses their job during the loan period, what are the consequences? A person will either gain or lose his home. Please clarify, sister.
    Thanking you.

    • @TimeandTrial
      @TimeandTrial  Před 2 lety +1

      Thanks for your feedback. If you lose your job, you will not face legal complications for not paying mortgage, NHG will takeover your home, sell it, settle the balance and give the remaining money if any. Also, as an expat if we lose our job technically we cannot stay here.. To know more on NHG you can read here www.nhg.nl/english-summary/keeping-your-home/

    I have a doubt. Can Masters students learn Dutch for free?
    If so, can u pls tell the options (learning platforms) where students can learn Dutch?

    • @TimeandTrial
      @TimeandTrial  Před 2 lety +2

      Thanks For your feedback Aiswarya, there are few limited options to learn dutch for free. Some univ. might have these options. Also, there is some Taal Centrum too but I will chk the details of it. Apart from that, you can use Duolingo app which is good imo. Also, there are quite some youtube channels you can chk here. blog.feedspot.com/dutch_learning_youtube_channels/
