We've gotten some of our parts from John Deere, and NAPA. If you go with NAPA bring in your old parts to make sure they match. We've had to go back a couple of times because the parts aren't identical always.
So mine bled at the fuel filter but couldn’t find the second bleed point that he points to after the filter. Also, does the water separator filter need to be bled?

You may need to replace your thermostat. That is what we ended up doing... eventually...
Does anyone know how to remove and clean the exhaust manifold on this engine?

He got it running okay but probably still needs to replace the fuel pump.
what NAPA filter fit your motor? I have the exact same and don't want to pay the premium for the universal filter
+mikeygstl - I have the very same engine and I use a NAPA Gold 3390 fuel filter.
How do you bleed the engine?
So did you ever get it fixed?
Yeah, made it all the way to the coast.
