Groza is similar and offers much more powerful ammo but groza isn't anywhere near as well balanced all around vs the bizon. paired wirh. 9mm suppressor + 2x or 3.5x scope + 2 52shot mags loaded with T4 ammo = pwned kthxbye
If you are doing leg meta, p90 beat mpx. Highest flesh damage on 5.7 is 82 compared to dumdum 78. P90 also have higher fire rate so it's faster to kill. The only downside is the gun and ammo are expensive

SVD is my favorit marksman, the ammo its very cheap but the damage same to expensive ammo by another marksman
