Nuts! It's noteworthy that the owner told me that this was originally graded during the SGC $9 Special and thought they might have just been crushing through orders. Some of these when they were cracked out of the 10 slabs we're mind blowing in terms of issues.
Their criterias are different. Not so much that theyâre laxed generally. PSA seems to be extremely tough on corners and edges compared to SGC. Also surface indentation would drop PSA to automatic 7 and under but SGC gives it 8.5. Anything with corners or indentation, do not send to PSA even if itâs minor. I learned my lesson the hard way. Also, it could just be random thing, Iâve noticed quite a few of my cards came back with flaws that didnât exist at the time of submission.
@RobShim Great breakdown and I 100% agree. It's just different. There's cards with indents on the back that I'd never send to PSA but found SGC to be very forgiving. As far as PSA damaging cards, it's unfortunate but it does happen. I just wish they'd tell you instead of slabbing it anyway like nothing happened.
sheâs absolutely adorable, nothing better than being a dad!
1000% agreed. And thank you!
You are the video grind! Love it!
What a tough crossover but this is excellent data!!! A big thank you to the person submitting the cards.
Data shows me that off centered SGC cards have the highest probability of crossing over haha.
@@LilPennyH I agree with that
Keep churning and burning my friend. Another great video!
Wow! Epic fail.
100% but it was not too much of a surprise. A couple were a grade off from estimates but 40% gem was the goal based on inspections.
10 to a 7 is crazy

I know you're being unbiased brother but damn SGC needs to tighten up lol. That Rodgers though was huge.

@@frostyfeetcards I learned a bunch from watching and following you for last year and half or so. Thank you always with your videos.
@@RobShim I agree with you too. Just the criteria seems to be a little less intense.
Did you crack them out and examine them first before sending in?
Yes and the grades came back not super surprising minus a couple that were about a grade off.
