Mikado Vbar control EVO transmitter. - How to fix your power on/off button to perfect .

Mikado EVO transmitter had this terrible quality control of the button for power on/off, here how I fix it with simple solutions .

HELLO. WE WOULD LIKE THE HELICOPTER TO RISE VERY SLOWLY WHEN THE COLLECTIVE PITCH CONTROL STICK IS MOVED. PLEASE TELL US THIS CAN BE ADJUSTED IN V-BAR CONTROL? DO WE NEED TO CHANGE THE EXPONENT (EXP) TO DO THIS? IS IT CORRECT? IF SO, WHERE IS THIS SECTION IN V-BAR CONTROL?
