Nice video and images. I purchased the TTArtisan 28mm 5.6 . It's not a Leica, but for one tenth of the price, I've been very happy.

I have two TTArtisan lenses, thee 50mm 1.4 and the 21mm 1.5 and both are amazing for the price!

Is is just me or do the colours look a bit flat. Usually Leica lenses have more depth to the colours. The mono shots look great.

This is something I did not notice in editing, but now looking back I can see your point. Might be that I am just used to editing B&W more than color. Over all verry happy with this lens and thing everyone should try it out if they can!

@@SebastianOakley It may be simply the difference between the sensor on my M240 and the camera you used. Anyway, as you said, could even be processing.

Nice images Sebastian, I think we must follow each other around Bath! I notice you are showing two different bodies, what are they please?

Thank you for the comment John, really appreciate it. I work within Bath so often see me out and about with my camera. The two bodies in this video are the Leica M10-P which I had on loan from Leica UK and my personal Leica M-E

@@riswanc thanks for the comment, I could not believe how good this lens was! I saw TT Artisan make a copy and heard good things, might try it out one day, but that Summaron is amazing!

@@SebastianOakley summaron is just magical! This kind of lens is a must for every shooter, be it on budget or not, there’s always the ttartisan.. its quite good for only a fraction of the price, but nothing can go wrong with summaron

The range you see is not “completely in focus”. It’s acceptably in focus. The only thing exactly in focus is where you set the lens. Anything in front or behind that is acceptably in focus. But not exactly in focus.
