Green Day interacts with their fans so much it's great. Saw them twice in 2017 and at BOTH concerts, Billie Joe invited someone on stage and gave them the guitar. You can't teach someone to be that generous.

It’s not even the fact that he let you on stage to play with them that I found so incredibly kind, it was “you can keep the guitar” that made my eyes wet for some reason. That’s a moment you never forget but to have something tangible that can fuel your passion for music whenever you look at it is something else.
This was like something out of a story - you were so cool when you got launched up there, you got to hug the lead singer, play the guitar, rock out in front of thousands and have them chant your name and then even keep the bloody guitar. You looked awesome as hell the entire time too!!!

Thing is... Green Day have always done this. Saw them at small venue in Wolverhampton in 1994 and did exactly the same (except smaller venue and a tenth of the crowd.. haha)... Didn't give the kid a guitar though but he did run from the drum kit and stage dived back into crowd... One of my favourite gigs!
