    • @ArrangerTutorials
      @ArrangerTutorials  Před 9 měsíci +1

      There are different ways to increase the level of a sound. If the track volume is 127 and you dont get enough level try some of the below options
      1. In the sound mode, if the oscillators are not set to the maximum level, try increasing them
      2. Adding some fx like compressor can give high levels
      3. If all those dont work, try balancing all the sounds in the Kab sets and keep a lower volume for all the sounds in tracks. Then the ones with very low volume can be set to 127.

    • @ArrangerTutorials
      @ArrangerTutorials  Před 8 měsíci

      Not all of them. On yamaha arrangers, there are very limited options onboard. But in expansion manager when you try to create a new sound a lot of those things as in Korg are there. But not all

    Hi, I've imported sounds. For a sound, for exemple, if I choose 6 oscillators, I heard only kind of noises. If I raise the nbr at 7 I heard a piano sound ( the sound was supposed to be a trumpet!) . May I do something to heard the real sound?

    • @ArrangerTutorials
      @ArrangerTutorials  Před 3 lety

      May be the samples are missing. Or the triggering modes are different. There are a lot of settings in oscillators. My next video is on oscillators. I will upload it in a few days

    Hi..i have a korg pa300 ,i opened sound edit ,chose what i liked ,then menu -write sound -yes ....and a waring label says ..save it ,otherwise it 'll be lost ...how do i save it ?

    • @ArrangerTutorials
      @ArrangerTutorials  Před rokem

      When you select write sound, you will have options to set a new name, select the user bank and location to save the sound to. Once you set the name and the location to save it press OK. That will save the sound to the user bank and location selected.
      Now you can assign the saved sound to a keyboard set track a style track or a midi track.

    Fantastic tutorial, Manoj! Watching your videos is like drinking water from a fire hose!! So much info packed in such a short video. I find most of the standard sounds are not loud enough for me even at 127 volume. I could never figure out how to change that but you mentioned it briefly in this video. Question - are factory set sounds editable? Or do we need to save it under different name in some user bank and then edit it?

    • @ArrangerTutorials
      @ArrangerTutorials  Před 3 lety

      Thank you Siva. I think you can overwrite the factory sounds. But I haven't tried to do it yet. What I would recommend is to make changes to the factory sound and then save it as a user sound.

    • @GalantGoStudio
      @GalantGoStudio Před 3 lety +1

      Go to Global settings then open "Mode preferences" / Media page , here you will find protect settings , just uncheck "Factory" and now your factory sounds will be editable.
