You can tell someone really knows what's up when they cover an OG Green Day song like this. I've already seen how technically skilled and fundamentally sound of a drummer Subin is in previous videos. And now, to see an awesome cover of a legendary classic like "Basket Case" is the icing on the cake. Subin is the real deal.

I never realized how much I rely on percussion as a kind of bookmark or progress marker when I listen to music before listening to drum covers. 🥰 I was surprised to see a cover of one of my childhood favorites and I loved it.

I was only 14 or 15yo when it came out way back in 1994 (damn, I am old!!!) and immediately went out and purchased the album after hearing Basketcase, and have been a fan of Green Days ever since. Good Times. Awesome Job, and thanks so much for the walk back down Memory Lane. 🤗
