No, It's a Chinese Built QJ class 2-10-2. Built in the 1980's I think. Very modern for a steam locomotive. The IAIS bought two of them. There are a handful still in active freight service in China and Mongolia today, mostly in the Ghobi desert where all the coal mining operations are.
