This video was really amazing! I honestly agree with all the things you said, and I especially resonate with the dieting and losing people aspect. The eat a little less and move a little more really works for anyone that doesn’t have a hormonal imbalance or metabolic disorder- aka most people.

When I was 10 I wanted to be 21. Once I started working at 15 I wished to be 10 again. Reality definitely set in at a young age😂. Totally agree with not doing drugs unless you want to. I was smoking weed every couple of hours and taking psychedelics every other weekend. I realized I was abusing drugs to avoid my negative emotions. I began working on myself and hit the gym instead. Now I only smoke when I feel overwhelmed and rarely take psychedelics. 😅

As simple as it was I needed to hear the work advice. This helped changed my whole approach to being in the office! It’s all made up! Lol

You definitely can have trouble losing weight by eating too few calories! If u put urself in starvation mood, ur body will store fat instead of burn it. It also gets harder as ur go through a hormonal change like puberty or menopause :)

I think it depends on which kinds of drugs, hard drugs like heroin crack etc, yes, fucking stay away from at all costs. But recreational drugs like coke, weed, ecstacy etc i wouldnt be so worried about. This is such a fantastic video for 20 somethings to take advice from, especially about death. Thank you Julia, i really think a lot of people need to hear this. Its coming from a loving experienced place. ❤
