hii ,, How do I do the plax well, and how do I take the diastle and systloe well? It always doesn't work for me. The rest of the things work, but I still have problems from this section??

PLAX is best obtained from 3rd or 4th left intercostal space with pointer towards left shoulder, slight up or down movement of tail of the probe and rotation will clearly show the view . Here is the video for obtaining transthoracic views: czcams.com/video/b70tsWPz2P0/video.html

I know that and I have watched the video you made, but in reality when I want to get the clip I don't do it well, it always remains crooked and slanted and I get annoyed by it, even the dimensions are not correct because it is slanted.. Thank you anyway😢

I appreciate the struggle you are going thru, try all the maneuvers and stick where view comes best. moving tail up and down, tilting towards or away from the apex, and moving probe in circular fashion helps alot. i will try to make a video for maneuvers to obtain best views
