I create ASMR with the intention of helping people sleep, relax and de-stress. However, I am in no way claiming that ASMR is a suitable form of treatment. Although there have been studies confirming the relaxing benefits of ASMR, there is no evidence to suggest that it is a viable treatment for mental health issues.

Lottie, when I said I wanted a whispered life update I did NOT expect this!!😩😩 I’m so glad you got your surgery successfully and are now feeling much better. Thanks for talking about this too, as women’s aches and pains in these areas are so hard to diagnose and endometriosis does not have enough awareness. It’s hard to get appointments as waiting lists are so long. Lots of love ❤ and loved the whispers as always.

Hi Lottie - The choices you make around cosmetics are yours to make - I appreciate the effort to be transparent, but for me at least its what makes you feel happy and confident. Hi Lottie - firstly hon, I’m sorry you are dealing with Endometriosis / I too had it - actually it turned out to be adenomyosis but I get how painful and hard it is to deal with. I wish you the best my dear.
Secondly, you never have to explain your choices with cosmetic fillers etc - you’re allowed to do anything that makes you feel better!
You are a lovely soul both inside and outside and I really hope you have a much better rest of the year!

I had a hysterectomy due to my endometriosis, at 25. Everything was mangled and not worth the pain. Thanks for talking about it, it’s a horrible thing to live with.

Hello Lottie. I'm so sorry hearing about your Endometriosis. I was diagnosed in September 23 with endo and adenomiosis after almost 8 years of constantly pain and also got the surgery in September last year. They found a lot of Endometriosis in my belly and also up to my shoulders😕 since the beginning of the year, i am feeling a lot better and have less pain than before🙏🏼 praying that it will stay like this and also praying that your pain will get better. we are so strong ❤️

Oh Lottie so sorry you went thru all that...when I was 29 I had fibroids and cysts removed and it is not fun.....glad you are on the mend

I've never considered myself vain and just turned 33 and have been agonizing a bit over my forehead wrinkles really starting to show. I think if it's safe and helps you feel more confident, why not 💕 You are gorgeous though and hope you know that!
I'm sorry about your health issues and so glad you got treatment. I disagree that 25 isn't a big birthday and hope you have an amazing trip! Enjoy your 20s 🥰 30s are still fun and full of joy but definitely less time to adventure in my personal experience. So live it up!

Im so sorry to hear about your endo, fellow endo girlie here! It seems like we all have similar stories because I suffered from pain for decades and it wasn’t until I turned 30 after trying to fall pregnant for a year when an infertility specialist diagnosed me with endo. Im 42 now and its a constant struggle. Sending love to all endo girlies 💖💖💖

My ex and I had two failed pregnancies in 2022. She also had endometriosis but we thought we beat the odds by getting pregnant. Both times ended the same and we were devastated. We’ve broken up since then and unfortunately our relationship was never the same after that and that was a big reason why we broke up. I still think about “what If” we had names picked out, a house, we both have amazing careers….I still can’t believe life happened this way. God bless you, Lottie.
