She played herself! Look at God! She spent all of that energy getting him fired, took food out her child's mouth, bragged about how vindictive she really is on social media and now she's mad that he is taking her to court?! This is so wrong. She could have just ended the relationship. I hope she remembers this and keep the same energy of thinking it's funny when karma comes knocking. There wasn't a need to call his job and make a false complaint.

She's childish, she's taking money out of her own kid's pocket. But, he can't take her to court for anything. Back child support is back child support. The woman being the reason you lost your job 3 YEARS AGO, isn't going to change that.
Also, more than likely, the reason he wouldn't be able to get another banking job with back child support is because he works at a bank. The incentive to cook the books and take the money is too high, so he'd be a liability now. Banks do all kinds of background checks, not just criminal, but financial as well, before you can come anywhere near them. She didn't just ruin his job, she *potentially, ruined his profession.
I agree and he can sue her because there is now proof that she has done this to him. I hope they are from New Jersey.

If he’s a bank manager…he cant another bank job because financial institutions do run a credit check on certain employees …especially those who work in retail centers. The back child support shows on his credit report so until that’s cleared he won’t be able to work in banking….but able bodied men ought to be working regardless.

I never understood women who behaved like this. Childish as hell you took food out of your child’s mouth because you were in your feelings. Most jobs do an internal investigation and if they find evidence _•* her calling anonymously and reporting her lies* then that would give them leave to terminate his employment. It’s extremely unfortunate. This is why you do not have children with anyone because now you are stuck to emotional children for life. Omg!!! Im disgusted. My child's father cheated and we were done while I was pregnant. He owed back child support during the early years and I would NEVER jeopardize his job. I didn't want him to go to jail or lose his license bc that would have affected my child. He really wouldn't be able to work then.

She is why a lot of young men grow up hating women. If her son were to ever find out the truth about why his father ended up the way he has, his mother is fully to blame. That man didn't physically violate her in any way. Yes, he cheated, but she could have just broke up with him and still put him on child support. At least he still would have had a job to pay it. She's trifling. Now she has to take care of their son herself until he can get on his feet. Unfortunately, he will probably never get a job that good because this will forever be a stain on his professional record. I don't make excuses for cheating, but the way she reacted, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't have his hands full with her anyhow. She's probably also holding the child against him and not allowing him visitation either. This is the equivalent of lying about someone sexually assaulting. This man is out of work and he's slowly becoming a poor role model for your child because he cannot provide for his kid. If he wasn't doing right, just leave. She took it way further than cheating.

This man had a profession not just a job as a manager he’s moved up in rank showing stability & astute management skills. His problem began when he interacted with a vindictive unprofessional woman who didn’t know how to “get back” at a cheating man & Not Harm HER Child’s stability.
