Same happened on Ary Digital's daily soap Nand. Nand became very popular so they stretched the story and wanted to record more episodes. The original Nand, Faiza Hasan lives in the USA, she asked for more remuneration so her character got burnt in a fire and with plastic surgery 🙄 the new Nand 2.0 became Jaweria Saud 😏

Momin actually it's true that this show is getting trp both on weekends and weekdays almost near to season 13
While I agree that the quality wise this season is not on the level on 13 and 11 but
it is also true that their online viewership on Voot has increased 40% and colors viewership is also increased
1)Main reason for this increase is actually Stan because he is bringing a complete different type of audience. Ye wo wali audience nahi hai Jo apke indian saas bahu wale serials dekhte Hain. Ye hip-hop wali audience hai or jaha tak Maine dekha hai us ke fans bilkul andh bhakt hain. Wo kehte Hain k Stan usually itna public appearance nahi deta Yani insta live waghaira nahi karta isliye wo uski jhalak dekhne k liye bigboss dekhte Hain. That's why Stan regardless of all misbehaviors and abusive language is praised so that he gets the strength to remain in the show
2) second reason is sumbul. Starplus shows get more trp than colors. As her show imlie was a major success so she is bringing audience from a separate channel
I personally enjoyed bb16 alot. This season has real people like Stan , Rozik, Sumbul and Shiv. For me I rate this season more then 13. 16, 13 and 11 best seasons. REASON for super hit is MC STAN bringing young audiennce to the Show.

#ammastake HI Amma, I have been living abroad for 22 years in the US and when I go back to India to visit my parents and in-laws, I divide my days exactly in half. I'd like for my kids to spend time with BOTH their grand parents. So far no one has had any issues with this approach but I do have a friend whose in-laws expect her to spend more time at inlaws home, which is very unfair to me.

I thought that I was up for a nice watch with a nice cast, but ew, I'm dropping this story right here, it is nauseating to watch parents like that of Hania Aamir's character in this drama. These aren't parents, they're just a bunch of traumatized, never able to question or reflect on their generational nonsense walay coward heads, who can't even trust their children & act as if their daughters are meant to be angels & not have their own journeys in their lives, ever derail from their path, have feelings or even breath as they wish to.
