In my point of view, A Kamil-E-Murshid (A great Spiritual Saint) is advising to a person (who came for Bait i.e. to become mureed) that path of sulūk, is not an easy path. Shaykh is also letting him know the consequences, if he/she will choose the path of sulūk. This is the reason Shaykh is emphasis on "Abhi Sochlo" i.e. "Think right now" before becoming Mureed.....
I am not sure about the context in which Dr. Abdul Rehman Abd Sahab has written this kalam.
I wish someone cud translate the deep urdu words in hindi or English so that we can understand.

Yeh manadi hai kishwar e ishq main
Koi bul-havas is me raha na karey
Jo rahey bhi to sahib e dard rahey
Koi dard ki us ke dawa na karey
It is proclaimed in the land of love (that)
No slave of passion should live here
Its habitants must only be sufferers of pains,
(i.e.) Those who have no one to pray for them
Jo tallab main visaal e sanam ki rahey
Gham o hijr o alam ke wo sadme sa-hey
Na hadees e firaq kisi se kahey
Tabb e ishq se uff bhi zara na karey
And those who stay with the desire to meet their beloved,
Must (first) undergo pains of separation and sadness
(It is also required that) he mustn't discuss this separation with anyone
(And that) he also musn't even sigh, despite the intensity of love

Hai yeh rah e muhabbat, abhi soch lo
You are offering your hands, however,

Aik janib hai dil, aik janib khirad
Lo ge kis se naseehat, abhi soch lo
On one side is the heart, and on the other, intellect

Ab karo jo bhi marzi tumhari magar
Phir na kehna kisi ne bataya na tha
Now do whatever you wish
Don't complain later that no one warned you
Dil laganey pe tayyar to ho gaye
Haan magar us ki qeemat abhi soch lo
You have prepared yourself to love
(But) think of the price you will have to pay
Ishq ki har adaa ain tasleem hai
Aqal sood o ziyan main hai ulji hui
Love is all about submission
(Whereas) intellect is confused in calculating the interests and profits

Aqal hai mehve tamasha e lab e bam abhi
Love fearlessly jumped into the fire of Nimrod
Intellect (however) is still absorbed in the spectacle from roof‐top
Aqar qatra na darya se juda hota to kya hota

If a waterdrop had not separated from the river, what would it have been?

The world is wrongly focused on His absence
If there was a god without You, what could that be? (Impossible!)
Main yagana sahi, khuda na sahi
Is se kya kassar shaan me aayi
