Right you lovely lot. Let’s take a look at how to upgrade land tiers.
Now I will say there’s a nice big article from Earth 2 which covers all of this and much more in super details, I recommend having a read through that before you go spending your Essence and energies on upgrades, it comes with all the ins, outs and changing mechanics. Don’t just fomo and blow all your Essence before thinking through your game plan.
However, for those of you who are ready to upgrade, let's go.
So first of all, to find the land upgrade button just come to whichever property you want to upgrade, click into it and you will find the upgrade button right there.
Now here you will see options to upgrade using just Essence or Essence and an energy type. For now only Essence alone and the Essence and Red Energy options are working however the other options will come online at some point.

Thanks, nice video. 🔥. I spend 34K ESS upgrading, but also accidentally upgraded a quite expensive property with my fingers clicking a bit to fast around the upgrade button. Doh, but if we forget about ESS halving, I will earn the ESS back within 30 years on that property 🤣 .

@@Paceys Yeah, might make me the bitcoin pizza guy in E2. 🍕. Talked to support, but trades can’t be undone. It’s fair enough, it would be hard to evaluate when trades would be ok to be undone, especially because it affects land prices, red energy upgrades left and so forth. But 24K ESS was a bit stressful to see vanish on an wrong click. But I have suggested to implement an “confirm upgrade” popup 🤣. At least i have a speciel affection for this property now.
Upgrading is a very hard think. Mainly did the numbers of the roulette table on laos lake .
Agreed. At these essence prices it's something we really need to consider
Doing this is kinda like paying for the same property twice. Not for me, so I sold my T2 tiles cheap.

Can you explain me how I know when to transform E-ther into Essence to get the Most out of it?
Also which is the Best land to buy for big amounts of E-ther Farming?
Hi Sgt. E-ther converts to Essence at 6.5% and has done so consistently for years now so feel free to convert whenever.
There's no simple answers to your second question though. That really depends on a number of things.
