Hi Aaj hi mri report mili hai ACL high grade partial tear and pcl partial tear hai but mujhe kuch khas pain nahi hota hai bus knee ke back me bend karte waqt pain hota hai like ki koi nerves block hai. Dr ne operation ke liye bola hai. History ye the my right leg knee come out in right direction and loose joint of both legs but time ke sath theek ho gaya but after corona bohot pressure padhra tha shin bone par isliye dr ko dikhaya but result ACL pcl tear. Plz suggest Vaishali max me check karya hai.

Sir I have gone ACL surgery after 10days of injury at sparsh Bengaluru, now it's 30days. The progression is very slow, in Thai muscle become very week, knee bending is about 60 degree, I stretch my very straight there will slight bending at knee. How I overcome all these issues, please guide me
