"Thunderous" is a diss track, a clapback at the haters who sneer at Stray Kids' so-called "noise music". They're saying that they're going to keep experimenting and making the music they want to make, no matter what people say about them. Stray Kids are exceptional even in k-pop because they were self-selected (by their leader Bang Chan, who is one of their two Australian-born members) and they're also almost fully self-produced. The vast majority of their lyrics and songs are written and arranged by 3RACHA, the rap unit consisting of Bang Chan (scarlet hair and bandages guy), Changbin (the first rapper you saw in the video) and Han (the second rapper). The one with the long blonde hair and freakishly deep voice is Felix, the other Aussie member. I always enjoy watching new reactors' eyes pop out when they hear his voice. Enjoy the ride!
I think 3racha is not a rap unit, they’re the producing unit. Han and Changbin are the main rappers and Chan is one of the vocalist. But actually, apart from the producing team, the positions were taken because everyone can sing, dance and rap🤷🏻♀️

Two of my favorite things is 1) watching people react to Stray Kids for the first time and being blown away by talent and 2) reading the comment section of Stay just burst out how fucking incredible SKZ is as a self producing, self-created powerhouse of hard hitting rap and vocals along with amazing productions and unique concepts. If you're not already stunned enough, I have to mention that Stray Kids are one of few self-producing Kpop groups out there. Three of the members aka 3RACHA (that's Han, Changbin and Bang Chan) have credits on every single song in their discography (except for the one's made by other members of the group). They take a lot of pride in the fact that their music and it's message is genuinely theirs.
@@chacha9350 As a k-pop multi-stan for ~12 years now, it honestly isn't that common for K-Pop groups to be self-producing to the extent that Stray Kids is. It's becoming more common, but mostly there are groups that help contribute to certain songs here and there and aren't totally self-produced. I would still say it's only a handful that are self-produced to the extent of, say, Stray Kids or Seventeen.
NEVER CLICKED ON A LINK SO FAST! Really grateful I found your channel! Stay Kids is my ultimate boy group tied with BTS. They're a self-producing group with 8 Members. Their sound is very hard hitting and experimental but their discography is very diverse. I highly recommend Gods Menu that song is their best in my opinion and really put them on the map. They have a mini album releasing next month (March 18th ) Looking forward to your journey discovering Stray Kids :)
So much of Kpop is amazing -- but Stray Kids are something special. They write and produce their own material, and their rap line is second to none. Try GOD'S MENU, EASY, MIROH, DOUBLE KNOT (for starters). You will lose your mind.
oh man your reaction is such a mood lol...Stray Kids is THE group that pulled me into kpop and I felt exactly the same as you haha. if you like hard raps or songs to get you hyped up, Stray Kids is DEFINITELY for you! it's not exaggeration to say that they have some of the BEST rappers in kpop...and they're the real deal, because *they write/produce 99% of their own music!!* even within kpop, they've developed their own unique signature sound (korean media has hailed them as "pioneers of the mala taste genre"), and having that uniqueness and authenticity in their music is something they rightfully take a lot of pride in. :) I also love Stray Kids because they're kindhearted people who write really meaningful lyrics and want to bring comfort to their fans. they have so much passion for what they do.

This is the norm in K-Pop. Amazing visuals, rapping, singing and dancing. They train for months or even years and excel as a result. Whether you like K-Pop or hate it you can't deny it's never boring and they give 110% every time.

as someone who's favorite groups are Astro and BTS, i also agree that stray kids has EXCEPTIONAL rappers. personally, i even think they've got one of IF NOT the best rap line in all of k-pop. i've also been loving your k-pop reactions so far, keep it up !! (also, if you plan on diving deeper into stray kids i fully recommend victory song and god's menu, they're both amazing songs and felix's parts are SERIOUSLY just shoking. that guy went through a DIFFERENT kind of puberty, it's crazyyyy)

Haven't you guessed yet that the rabbit hole of KPop is infinite?! Great reaction! There are so many amazing groups in KPop and they all sing, dance, rap, some also act, and they ALL make us fans happy. I follow 27 groups and at least 20 solo artists. And no matter how bad my day is or the world gets, I can find a song from one of my groups that makes me smile or cry if I need to or just sit back in awe and wonder that such creativity exists in the world. Oh, and if you want to ensure you're getting English subtitles, type in the name of the song and Eng Sub when you search. PS. Still advocating for A.C.E Under Cover or GOBLIN. I remember my first acquaintance with this group.I watched, for the first time, five times my first clip. Then, I spent the night to look at everything else. I was absolutely delighted with what I saw. So this is "thunderous" from their newest album, "NOEASY," they are a self-produced group from jyp entertainment, and as you can see, they have 8 (they used to be 9 but one member left the group) rappers, vocalists, and dancers as well as a lot of content you don't think they can do man, they are the most popular group in 4th gen of kpop history, and they also have no genre in music they use everything to make a good song, and they have no genre Just wanted to point out that the "I'm not sorry" bit is actually a pun, as the Korean word "Sori" means "noise." The album's title is a pun on the words "no easy" and "noisy," since if you speak "no easy" quickly enough, it sounds like you're saying "noisy." The song's lyrics and Korean language become a little more complex. It's extremely fascinating. Because many people complained that their music was too loud, they wrote the song to prove that their "noisy" music works for them and that they are proud of it. I could go on and on, but what I really wanted to say was that it wasn't stated for nothing. It's cheesy, but for a good reason! In Korean folklore legends (Dokkaebi), red costumes and blue fires indicate eight goblins, each with a unique ability. as you can see from the two-time differences in the video, they've returned to fight those who don't like their songs:D, they simply reply, fine, you called me noisy then we'll produce an album called noisy, spit on hands, and smack haters in the face:D Also, you definitely need to check out more of their songs like you said a lot of people suggest god's menu because the song is amazing but there is also other songs like "back door" "red lights" and a lot of other songs. They have been uploading a lot of songs and albums recently and they are going to upload another album next month which I'm very excited about!!

Stray kids have some of the best rappers in kpop, and , correct me if I’m wrong but changbin (the guy who started off the song) is the fastest rapper in the kpop industry. At least he was at some point. And btw: there was captions on the video but idk why CZcams has started making the caption button grey, stray kids have subtitles on mostly all of their content
Kpop is actually an industry not really a genre. Btw, Stray Kids is amazing!! I could recommend many groups, solo artists and you are gonna be amazed again with all of them hahahah They have a lot of training before they debut as a group and be introduced to the world
Thoroughly enjoying your reactions! You're stunned by KPop because you seem to be choosing some of the best in the business as your starting point. BTS are of course their unique selves, but Stray Kids are their natural successors: a phenomenal core producing/writing/rap team (3RACHA) which existed before they formed as a group and then the addition of the current members around their leader Bang Chan. They have far more control over what they create than is typical in the KPop industry and it shows.Those incredible rappers? Well, they also sing beautifully. And the gorgeous singers are all working on developing their rapping; and it is so much fun watching them all improve their amazing dancing skills. They also create their own individual specialized content for fans, separate from their official discography. What will be nice for you if you start to delve into their back history is that they're still early in their careers so, if you like, you're getting in on the action as a fan quite early on. You don't need to react on screen to them, but there is an entire series on the group's formation which you will enjoy if you become a STAY (their fandom name). They are heartbreakingingly young in it, but it does make clear just how hard they work and how much they've achieved in a few short years (most of them during the pandemic). THUNDEROUS is off their album NO EASY, a wordplay on NOISY, a retort to critics who called their music noisy. NO EASY is their second studio album, and their first to sell over a million copies last year alone and it won Best Album at the Golden Disc Awards in January. Yes to exploring GOD'S MENU. I also recommend BACK DOOR, which TIME magazine named as one of the BEST SONGS OF 2020 time.com/5914984/best-songs-2020/ The only KPop group to appear on the list that year. These young people are going places. STRAY KIDS also have really lovely ballads, and other "quieter" songs, usually written and produced by themselves. I recommend SCARS on THE FIRST TAKE channel, which is sung in one take, and also is in Japanese (with English sub-titles). We all love their dancing and live performances, but the advantage of them standing still is you really get to hear just how good all their voices actually are. Their Christmas album also had a wonderful "quiet" song, WINTER FALLS. P.S. Love your dog.

Thank you for your stray kids reaction. Love it. I know how you feel about kpop. For me i only watched stray kids for 6 months. I got to really know the boys and fell in love with them. I finally ventured out to other kpop groups and know just how overwhelmed it can get. They are all so talented and that is an understatement.now i will pick a new group i get to know them by not just watching their videos but any guides about the group then any other videos or reality shows they may have. I do this so i can get a sense who they are. I do this before i move to another group. I know have over 300 kpop songs on my UT playlist. Stray kids debut in 2018 with 9 members but lost one i. 2019 for personal reasons. They write, compose, arrange and produce all their own music. Stray kids is one of the only groups that give ther fans the most content on a weekly basis. Their fandom name is Stay. We stays are very spoiled. I would highly recommend watching a guide to stray kids and love to see your reactions more stray kids.

Stray kids have done over 30 genres in their almost 4 year career and have covered many topics so you'll be able to find a song for whatever mood you're in with them! Their entire discography is self written and self produced not to mention they always sing live even with their intense choreography. With stray kids it is a pretty deep rabbit hole because in their short career they have put out so much music and content, not only in their albums but they very regularly post new songs and covers on youtube when they feel like it so the content never really stops! Can't wait to see you react to them in the future! Since you've already checked out Blackpink, you should watch their God's Ddu du ddu du performance after you watch God's menu! Its an awesome mashup that stray kids did for a competition they were in last year.
This is the only K-pop group I listen to. I had seen them on TikTok but never stopped to listen to them. I watched a reaction video to one of their videos and I haven't listened to anyone else in the last week. They bring all the energy.

oh man when I saw ur first bts reaction I already knew you'd love Dreamcatcher and Stray Kids!!!!!!!!!! So glad you're already checking them out. The Kpop industry is really just full of amazingly talented AND hardworking people. These people spend hours every day practicing their dancing, singing, sometimes acting, and sometimes producing as well. I totally get that seeing it all at once makes it seem like they are just naturally that good at it (God knows I thought so as well) but I just wanted to let you know that some of them maybe never rapped before joining their current group, or never danced before, or even never sang before. The leader of stray kids was a trainee for like 7 years. He saw all his friends debut while he didn't but he didn't give up. He was allowed to create his own group and now they're one of the top k pop groups.

@@chacha9350 As a k-pop multi-stan for ~12 years now, it honestly isn't that common for K-Pop groups to be self-producing to the extent that Stray Kids is. It's becoming more common, but mostly there are groups that help contribute to certain songs here and there and aren't totally self-produced. I would still say it's only a handful that are self-produced to the extent of, say, Stray Kids or Seventeen.
NEVER CLICKED ON A LINK SO FAST! Really grateful I found your channel! Stay Kids is my ultimate boy group tied with BTS. They're a self-producing group with 8 Members. Their sound is very hard hitting and experimental but their discography is very diverse. I highly recommend Gods Menu that song is their best in my opinion and really put them on the map. They have a mini album releasing next month (March 18th ) Looking forward to your journey discovering Stray Kids :)

oh man your reaction is such a mood lol...Stray Kids is THE group that pulled me into kpop and I felt exactly the same as you haha. if you like hard raps or songs to get you hyped up, Stray Kids is DEFINITELY for you! it's not exaggeration to say that they have some of the BEST rappers in kpop...and they're the real deal, because *they write/produce 99% of their own music!!* even within kpop, they've developed their own unique signature sound (korean media has hailed them as "pioneers of the mala taste genre"), and having that uniqueness and authenticity in their music is something they rightfully take a lot of pride in. :)
I also love Stray Kids because they're kindhearted people who write really meaningful lyrics and want to bring comfort to their fans. they have so much passion for what they do.

This is the norm in K-Pop. Amazing visuals, rapping, singing and dancing. They train for months or even years and excel as a result. Whether you like K-Pop or hate it you can't deny it's never boring and they give 110% every time.

Haven't you guessed yet that the rabbit hole of KPop is infinite?! Great reaction! There are so many amazing groups in KPop and they all sing, dance, rap, some also act, and they ALL make us fans happy. I follow 27 groups and at least 20 solo artists. And no matter how bad my day is or the world gets, I can find a song from one of my groups that makes me smile or cry if I need to or just sit back in awe and wonder that such creativity exists in the world.
Oh, and if you want to ensure you're getting English subtitles, type in the name of the song and Eng Sub when you search.

Just wanted to point out that the "I'm not sorry" bit is actually a pun, as the Korean word "Sori" means "noise." The album's title is a pun on the words "no easy" and "noisy," since if you speak "no easy" quickly enough, it sounds like you're saying "noisy." The song's lyrics and Korean language become a little more complex. It's extremely fascinating. Because many people complained that their music was too loud, they wrote the song to prove that their "noisy" music works for them and that they are proud of it. I could go on and on, but what I really wanted to say was that it wasn't stated for nothing. It's cheesy, but for a good reason! In Korean folklore legends (Dokkaebi), red costumes and blue fires indicate eight goblins, each with a unique ability. as you can see from the two-time differences in the video, they've returned to fight those who don't like their songs:D, they simply reply, fine, you called me noisy then we'll produce an album called noisy, spit on hands, and smack haters in the face:D Also, you definitely need to check out more of their songs like you said a lot of people suggest god's menu because the song is amazing but there is also other songs like "back door" "red lights" and a lot of other songs. BTS are of course their unique selves, but Stray Kids are their natural successors: a phenomenal core producing/writing/rap team (3RACHA) which existed before they formed as a group and then the addition of the current members around their leader Bang Chan. They have far more control over what they create than is typical in the KPop industry and it shows.Those incredible rappers? Well, they also sing beautifully. And the gorgeous singers are all working on developing their rapping; and it is so much fun watching them all improve their amazing dancing skills. They also create their own individual specialized content for fans, separate from their official discography. What will be nice for you if you start to delve into their back history is that they're still early in their careers so, if you like, you're getting in on the action as a fan quite early on. You don't need to react on screen to them, but there is an entire series on the group's formation which you will enjoy if you become a STAY (their fandom name). They are heartbreakingingly young in it, but it does make clear just how hard they work and how much they've achieved in a few short years (most of them during the pandemic).
THUNDEROUS is off their album NO EASY, a wordplay on NOISY, a retort to critics who called their music noisy. NO EASY is their second studio album, and their first to sell over a million copies last year alone and it won Best Album at the Golden Disc Awards in January. Yes to exploring GOD'S MENU. These young people are going places.
STRAY KIDS also have really lovely ballads, and other "quieter" songs, usually written and produced by themselves. I recommend SCARS on THE FIRST TAKE channel, which is sung in one take, and also is in Japanese (with English sub-titles). We all love their dancing and live performances, but the advantage of them standing still is you really get to hear just how good all their voices actually are. Their Christmas album also had a wonderful "quiet" song, WINTER FALLS.

Thank you for your stray kids reaction. Love it. I know how you feel about kpop. For me i only watched stray kids for 6 months. I got to really know the boys and fell in love with them. I finally ventured out to other kpop groups and know just how overwhelmed it can get. They are all so talented and that is an understatement.now i will pick a new group i get to know them by not just watching their videos but any guides about the group then any other videos or reality shows they may have. I do this so i can get a sense who they are. I do this before i move to another group. I know have over 300 kpop songs on my UT playlist. Stray kids debut in 2018 with 9 members but lost one i. 2019 for personal reasons. They write, compose, arrange and produce all their own music. Stray kids is one of the only groups that give ther fans the most content on a weekly basis. Their fandom name is Stay. We stays are very spoiled. I would highly recommend watching a guide to stray kids and love to see your reactions more stray kids.

Stray kids have done over 30 genres in their almost 4 year career and have covered many topics so you'll be able to find a song for whatever mood you're in with them! Their entire discography is self written and self produced not to mention they always sing live even with their intense choreography. With stray kids it is a pretty deep rabbit hole because in their short career they have put out so much music and content, not only in their albums but they very regularly post new songs and covers on youtube when they feel like it so the content never really stops! Can't wait to see you react to them in the future!
Since you've already checked out Blackpink, you should watch their God's Ddu du ddu du performance after you watch God's menu! Its an awesome mashup that stray kids did for a competition they were in last year.

The Kpop industry is really just full of amazingly talented AND hardworking people. These people spend hours every day practicing their dancing, singing, sometimes acting, and sometimes producing as well. I totally get that seeing it all at once makes it seem like they are just naturally that good at it (God knows I thought so as well) but I just wanted to let you know that some of them maybe never rapped before joining their current group, or never danced before, or even never sang before. Kpop is a very serious business. That’s why their videos are like movies and the singer/dancers are so on point with their abilities to perform. Watching and learning about this is so addictive!
The leader of stray kids was a trainee for like 7 years. He saw all his friends debut while he didn't but he didn't give up. He was allowed to create his own group and now they're one of the top k pop groups.
Stray Kids has THE BEST rap line in all of kpop… and since they self produce it makes them even more authentic to their talent.

stray kids definitely had one of the best discographies in kpop imo. You should definitely check out ‘God’s menu’, which was what got me into their music and i also recommend their kingdom performances which were just next level😭😭
