Marty, Ive been married 26 yrs to a borderline, unhappy most of the time. But I never once did look at another man with any desire. I just wanted my marruage to work, not even great expectations, just pleasant. Yes, made mistakes because I didn't know better and he finally walked away. Right now I know I shouldn't be sad, but I am. Just not ready to move on.

Cultures shift, humans are biologically resilient. Why judge and be disgusted in others when they are acting out there nature? If we don’t like our culture then we do the work to show a different path, dwelling on what’s outside of our influence can be a fruitful exercise of it has a trajectory toward that which we may influence. If not it’s mental masturbation. Body count, relationship length, meh… be present. Stop judging your past self and others past, shift to an embracing attitude.
