- The Southern African Development Community has condemned an attack on a camp for displaced people in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo and announced the start of joint military operations with the Congolese army against the M23 rebels. At least 16 civilians were killed and thirty others injured in a blast on the outskirts of the city of Goma on Friday.

SADC forces fighting against people who are re claiming their citizenship in their country the DRC. It’s a big shame for South Africans who went through the same as Banyamulenge. The banyamulenge lost their citizenship in 1980 by then Zaire government and now South Africa is defending the stand of Zaire now DRC
