Larry David is SOOOO me! I make a millions too and go around harassing minimum wage employees over $3 tips and bad deli sandwiches! No one thinks it's funny (except me) but I'm glad Larry is here speaking for us!
1:57 You can hear him laughing amid that "YOU KNOW"....and then he saved the situation by admitting that he's laughing...because of Larry's entire existence! XD Genius!
Larry's immediate facial reaction to Lewis saying "I don't care about your fucking play" is absolutely hysterical. He just makes this face that isn't insulted at all, but more like "oh this could be fun" haha
I was just crying my eyes out because I had a horrible day. Started watching this clip just because I was tired. I actually laughed out loud. For the first time in a year. Honestly these two did god's work.
Absolute fact… Richard Lewis asked Larry David in real life if he could borrow $1 million and Larry David said yes and that he did not have to repay it. Now that is a friendship
RIP the legend known as Richard Lewis. You were everything we should strive to be in a human being. Thank you for all you did. I owe a chunk of my childhood to watching this man show us how it's done!
How to spot a pro: RL is having a hard time keeping a straight face so he interjects -- "Know why I'm laughing --" NO surprise at all that these 2 are lifelong buds!
Meanwhile he flauntingly ate an ice cream cone while complaining to Funk that he didn’t get a condolence call and then stole flowers from her roadside memorial.
This show is so far beyond anything else on TV that I dont even bother to watch anything else. Genius writing and acting. The funniest scenes are between Larry and Richard Lewis. And, it seems like there is less acting and more genuine relating between these two that make the scenes between them seem more real.
This is hysterical. I have a parakeet. Always had one since I was a kid. They are very smart. So it is devastating to me when one dies. I probably would be mad if I received a text like that. But this is hysterical bc it’s Larry David 😂
Just when I thought Seinfeld was the funniest show on Earth then I started watching curb your enthusiasm and I can just keep watching episode after episode. This is one of my favorite episodes next to the one when Larry has that chicken at the Pakistani restaurant he is one of a kind. Man who gets today two women in a wheelchair at the same time losing the number finds another one incredible!!
SUBSCRIBE for more content - thank you so much!
RIP Richard Lewis.
Now he’s in heaven with his parakeet, and the good news is… I’m still alive.
he is in the eternal cuban dancehall in the sky. rip
You know what? thats not funny. 🥸
Did Larry ask for a return on his kidney?
Are you still alive? Just checking.
Nope, he's just in the ground rotting away. Ashes to ashes dust to dust.
“Sorry about your bird... the good news is I’m still alive” LMAO
Prick...
Larry David is SOOOO me! I make a millions too and go around harassing minimum wage employees over $3 tips and bad deli sandwiches! No one thinks it's funny (except me) but I'm glad Larry is here speaking for us!
@@jameslutian1977 You'd give a repair man at a hotel a tip for fixing the thermostat?
You know what? ( that’s not funny)
Richard got him back good, though.
“He was birdlike” LOL
"He was a lot like Cheryl's sister."
“I don’t live in a Cuban Dance Hall” he was sooo close to breaking character 😂
Notice larrys face change shape too, he was about to lose it
1:57 You can hear him laughing amid that "YOU KNOW"....and then he saved the situation by admitting that he's laughing...because of Larry's entire existence! XD Genius!
@Luis Collado what is wrong with you
Smiling the whole time like he just opened a Boku
They were both close to losing it when Larry is acting like a bird..
Lewis is on the verge of losing it the entire time, amazing
He can't believe that by the end of his life, larry is basically his only friend left
1:39 larry starts laughing thats why he almost lost it
He usually ends up laughing in his scenes, which makes the show far more realistic.
Both of them, in fact.
Lewis is not acting.
1:05 "I'm older than you"
Googled it, Richard Lewis was born June 29, 1947. Larry David was born July 2, 1947.
In the same hospital ;-)
Aww, they're soulmates.
They’re the same age??????
How dafvck does Richard look way older🙍🏽♂️
@@edwardquaye8312 alcoholism
@@edwardquaye8312 Years of drinking.
And I think he went a little hard of the matching powder too.
Richard Lewis always dress like he's coming from a funeral in a cold climate.
Pretty much sums him up in the whole show
@chi sam You use the short time we have on this planet to make grammar corrections to silly comments of silly video clips. Sad.
@chi sam With each reply you reinforce my assessment that you have a very sad life. Go correct term papers, or correct the grammar of newspapers.
He always looks like he’s early for his own funeral
Guy looks like a corpse, his body probably doesn't have the metabolism to keep him warm anywhere
"You're comparing this to your dead parakeet?"
"NOTHING compares to my dead parakeet."
ive watched this scene maybe 10 times and everytime i break out in laughter. NOTHING COMPARES TO MY DEAD PARAKEET yaaaaaahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaa
I dont live in a cuban dance hall!!
Jorge Ramos that was hilarious
He is the king of one-liners!
You could tell he almost cracked at that line, he had me in tears.
@@abandapart82 Notice the sharp cut to the next scene. They must have been in hysterics in the next frame.
You can see Larry laughing from behind at the Cuban dance hall line 🤣
I like how Richard Lewis always laugh during their scenes and then makes an excuse for it as the character.
Love how you can tell they are both trying so hard not to laugh the whole scene
Same but I’d die trying to be serious over a dead parrot.
@@joshshrum2764 Parakeet
The way he throws out the “prick” after the text reading had me rolling. Love Lewis.
👌🤣🤣
Larry's immediate facial reaction to Lewis saying "I don't care about your fucking play" is absolutely hysterical. He just makes this face that isn't insulted at all, but more like "oh this could be fun" haha
Larry says he's not even "an actor", but quiet frankly, he's a GREAT actor!! His facial expressions are top tier.
1:43 "Unconditional love?? He doesn't know you from a hole in the wall." 😄😂🤣
every animal ever
Ha
I seriously think this is the funniest line in the whole series, has me choking of laughter every time
"How about a Toucan or Macaw?"
Richard " I don't live in a Cuban dance hall" 🤣
RIP Richard, but at least Larry is still alive
I was just crying my eyes out because I had a horrible day. Started watching this clip just because I was tired. I actually laughed out loud. For the first time in a year. Honestly these two did god's work.
I hope you have a better day and better week!
Sorry about your day… the good news is I’m still alive!
They can’t do god’s work. They don’t believe in god.
Absolute fact… Richard Lewis asked Larry David in real life if he could borrow $1 million and Larry David said yes and that he did not have to repay it. Now that is a friendship
They are like brothers irl. If you see interviews with Lewis, you can see how much he respects him
Pretty easy when you've got 500 million in the bank and a net worth of 1 billion...
how can u say this is an absolute fact??
That's true. It was for rehab.
Yeah there better friends in real life.
After Richard Lewis says "I don't live in a cuban dance hall" you can clearly see Larry smiling 🤣
They’re best friend they broke character
"I'm laughing at the sadness of your entire existence." - Keeper
Richard's line delivery is underrated
RIP Richard Lewis. He had the best and funniest interactions with Larry. ❤

Larry at richards funreal.
Oh man. RIP richard you were a brilliant man and will be dearly missed
They crack each other up in almost every scene they share together.
I love the way Richard Lewis heads straight from laughing to dead seriousness after Larry brought up his dead parakeet
He’s now joined his parakeet in heaven 😔
I love Richard. He always seems half a second away from breaking down and laughing ...
I really love how Larry and Richard always do that "come here....no u come here...I'll meet u over there" thing lolol
Larry’s reaction to “I don’t care about your fucking play” kills me every time
Rest in peace Richard Lewis 😔 very funny man
How to spot a pro: RL is having a hard time keeping a straight face so he interjects -- "Know why I'm laughing --" NO surprise at all that these 2 are lifelong buds!
Richard and Larry interactions are the BEST! RIP RL you made all of us laugh hard!!!
This had me dying, so random and Curb-like. Hasn’t missed a beat.
"I dont live in a Cuban dance hall", how hard was it to keep astraight face saying that line.
I love how Larry says " *Perhaps* if it was a person I would agree with you." Like yeah perhaps, but it depends on the person.
Meanwhile he flauntingly ate an ice cream cone while complaining to Funk that he didn’t get a condolence call and then stole flowers from her roadside memorial.
RIP Richard. You really uplifted the show
RIP Richard Lewis. This was one of my favorites

"I don't live in a Cuban dance hall!" - RIP Richard Lewis
That Tyra Banks reference kills me every time 😂😂😂
Needless to say, it wasn’t very pleasant!
I love how their scenes are always on the verge of ending up as bloopers because they're cracking up while still in the middle 🤣
The way Lewis says “prick” ! I died!!
Lewis pronouncing "two caan", (toucan) correctly sent me over the edge. David has to have his back to the camera. Lewis is very underrated.
3:22 dam this made me sad rip richard lewis😥😥😥 i cant believe hes gone i wish he was still alive currently curb wont be the same without him
Rest In Peace Richard
I don’t live in Cuban dancehall. Lmao I love these two. Their true genius comes out when they converse.
RIP Richard Lewis, the bad news is he's no longer alive
RIP Richard
Lewis is gold man.. this mans a treasure!
I want to meet him before I die.
1:59 Richard’s ‘yeeup’ you can hear how close he is to losing it from Larry’s bird voice hahaha
Love how lewis looks like he is going to burst out laughing when he is with larry.
All of this is just wonderful
The soundtrack when Lewis and Larry are waving hands to each other deciding on a place to meet is just so good
The sadness of your entire existence....
Rest in Peace Richard, and to the parakeet.

I never realized how he went through the trouble of getting a disguise but never thought about renting a different car.
*THESE TWO TOGETHER!. **#GENIUS*
That wave 👋🏽 sequence gets me everytime. Cannot even finish the scene.
This is hysterical. I have a parakeet. Always had one since I was a kid. They are very smart. So it is devastating to me when one dies. I probably would be mad if I received a text like that. But this is hysterical bc it’s Larry David 😂
Are you sure there’s nothing funny about a dead parakeet? Cause it sounds pretty hilarious to me...
I feel like Lewis wanted to laugh so bad. But he stayed in character 😂😂😂
RIP Richard Lewis.
Nothing compares to my dead parakeet
" I don't live in a Cuban dance hall" 10/10 I can't believe these improvs sometimes.
There is nothing Larry David cannot make funny. He is so awesome.

Lewis almost losing it saying "doesn't take toucans" gets me every time.
"Im older than you" - by exactly 4 days 🤣🤣
I want to see the outtakes for this. It's not possible they got through this in one take. Too funny
Larry and those bird noises. I am dying.
"Are you sure a dead parakeet isn't funny?" So good lol
Would love to see the outtakes of this show...how they keep a straight face in some of these scenes is beyond me.
"Fatwa??"..."No,lesbian bride!!"🤣🤣🤣
"You know why I'm laughing?"
That whole diatribe after that is hilarious and absolute comic genius. RIP Richard Lewis.
"There's a lack of empathy compassion and sympathy practically for everything in life" things my therapist told me
Every time I see Richard in these eps. I think of Weekend at Bernies.
I’m laughing at the sadness of your entire existence, Classic!
One of those hilarious moments from Curb. These two are national treasures.
“Are you happy?” “No, this isn’t the middle, the middle was way over there” is so fucking funny to me for some reason
Lewis is my favorite Curb character
so much improvisation... put greatly. both legends.
The best Curb scenes of all are the scenes that have Larry and Lewis or Larry and Ted.
One of the funniest scenes in the whole series.
Also, love the monty python reference
Lewis was right. Larry even mentions, “ that’s not funny,” when he did the same thing 😂😂
“Oh. What are you comparing this to your dead parakeet”?
This was my favorite episode you got to love it sorry about your therapy but the good news is I'm still alive!
I love the pettiness between these two down in the deepest blackest part of what passes for my heart.
RIP Richard Lewis, the show will never be the same without you!!!
Rest in paradise Richard 😇🙏✝️☮️💟
