I seem to remember a man who said something along the lines of I wanna live in a world where a man is judged on the content of his character not the color of skin. Maybe those words have been forgotten. What a shame to rub his memory in the dirt and spit at it. Pathetic. Maybe they should sniff that supremacy..
they called us ghetto because we don't have to pay to go to school.... it wasn't about race, it was about economical privilege. I was a senior cheerleader during this game, and our goal was to bite back at them called us the "Ghetto Butler Brats". It was about money from the beginning, never about race until people who had no idea what was going on said it was about race. :)
Very disappointing that Butler would start its game with overtly racist sign. Butler may have won the game but its players will lose in life if they continue to learn those type of values and accept victim mentality. Disgraceful.
