J'ai commencé à faire quelques tests d'anims avec Rigacar mais je vois qu'il y a aussi d'autres options plus "pro" avec Launch Control ou Car-Rig Pro, lequel me conseillerais- tu pour faire évoluer mon workflow ? Sinon j'attends avec impatience les prochains tutos, je me suis abonné pour ça ;)

Yes emission shader ! For the range rover tho it's spot light or you can use area light as well (check my truck tutorial)

Yeah you can write it using text. There's shouls be a lot of tuts on youtube for that.

Superb tutorial!! Trying it out now. I am facing an issue to add the keyframes. I cant find the suspension tab in the menu and pressing I to add keyframes is not working for me 11:00 . Will you please help. Thanks for the tutorial though!
Are you sure you are in pose mode ? Normally if you do excactly like me, it should work just fine.

What blender version did you use in this video? I use 3.4.1 and the addon fix don't work. The keyframes are added but the animation for rotation and stearing it's not happening
Same version, be careful with the rig selection and so on when doing this. Follow closely my steps. Hope it helps

At 3:34 in the video how did you bring up the rig setting beside the speed-o-meter.
IF you have Launch control, it's there by default. Tell me if I didn't understand your question.

Thanks for this tutorial. I can't render the scene coz my PC gets too hot and the fans are on full power. A single frame takes 3-4mins🤷. Any solutions plz.
Lower your samples, and remove some objects not needed.

Is this add-on better than launch control? I'm new to this and I've played with rigacar (and like it) but I keep seeing Launch Control and a little Rbc as well. I'm also undecided whether to animate in Blender or UE, if that makes any difference. I'm loving these videos and learning a lot, just deciding which one would be best for me! Thanks.
Man I must be watching too many of these, I just realized this IS using launch control. So what about rigacar, which I've also seen used? I feel so lost!
Haha Rigcar is all manual, LC will help a lot with physics and stuff. But Rigacar is free and LC is a paid add-on. You can do everything with rigacar but it will be manual. So it's up to you :)

question please. i'm doing a race car track scene and i need for the entire car to lean going into the turns, i have tried everything to get the entire car to lean into the turn and its not working. how do i get the entire car to lean with the curve going into a turn?

@@JeanYanb im doing it manually with rotate tool when the car goes into the turn.. my next animation is on a race track between your mercedes and a challenger lol ironically enough. was having issues keeping all four tires on the pavement going into the turn. all in all will look nice when im doing with it. thanks for the reply.

such a realastic render. i am having trouble rendering with cycles. i have 3060ti. it always give error gpu out of memory no matter how low i put samples. any solution.. whats ur render setting bro
2048 samples, I think I talk about it in my video. I think you're using assets that are not optimized because a 3060ti is very good. Try to remove suspicious assets and see if you still get the error.

Hey Jean, I am using Blender 3.5 and even after trying multiple times the steering and wheels are not rotating although my keyframes are not getting deleted after I click bake unlike previous versions of rigacar addon but still the wheels and steering are not moving.
Could you please help me with that?
