Eradication builds a pencil, but doesn't see the point. I'll see myself out.
I'm not sure what baffles me more, the fact you made a pencil so tall that it could potentially be seen from the highlands, or the fact that you actually gave it an interior
Creative themed builds like this are awesome. People do them all the time in Minecraft. There's no reason people shouldn't do them in other games with building mechanics.
Not sure why you have an eraser on your build... your builds are always perfect!
The eraser is also perfect. Never been used.
in the harsh brutallity of the exile lands a litte whimsy is a welcome change, not that is the only "not-so-serious" thing to be found, but still
When I first saw this build, I imagined the ape men from the jungle crowding around the bottom while the musical score from the movie 2001 played in the background. :D
You can totaly surprise us Eradication, amazing talent on that! Congratulations for the creativity!!!

My first base was an ugly shelter on top of a cliff close to the City of the Bounty Hunters. It adds beauty to it, its immersive because you start as an exile with little experience building so of course its going to be an ugly base.
Then my next bases were inside caves & Giant King architecture & so on. Until I made a gothic castle of evil in the volcano.
That's the plot from Babe.
Taking a crazy idea and running with it.

This is one idea that should have stayed..... on the drawing board.

I remember building a large cigarette on my friends server. I don’t know why but I did. I think it was when the nemidien ruins set and chimneys came out i wanted to to somthing with the smoking smouldering effect .😂
That's a pretty good use of the Ruins set, I hadn't thought of that 😂

I've built some pretty bases that were functionally useless. Since the update to the building system where you can recover your building mats, it was nice getting those resources back.

@@Eradicati0nn lol we're kind of having the reverse problem with the same question on the server I'm on. Built a beautiful city for our clan but people crash a lot when they are in it.

No restrictions, I built this in single player, but other servers might have restrictions

I don't think it's ugly. It's cute and creative. Kinda sick of seeing regular buildings in Conan. We can actually build lots of cool looking bases in form of animals, cartoons, pencil, etc. Too bad we can't dye our walls.
Tbh I've come around to it, I thought it was atrocious when I built up, but it's got a silly charm about it 😆

Yeah most often octagonal or round, it wasn't until I finished building that I thought of that, but I was already married to the elevator concept 😂

Looking at the "pencil" I realise how the DLC built sets were better looking, their snap points were functional at release and were a lot cheaper than the crap from battle pass and even worse the bazaar. Good luck to funcom and 10c on ruining dune, I will not try it based on the conan experience. It used to be a really good game for diverse players and now it is completely destroyed only appealing to chinese and russian PvP phising scammers for the cheaters :(
