- A 100tph silica sand washing plant we installed at Tooperang Quarry in Australia. The glass sand being produced is being used by O-I (Owens Illinois) in their Adelaide wine bottle production facility
This project is a big deal, I am so proud it is happened to be in Adelaide where I graduated with my MBA.
Well you obviously didn't focus much on English grammer while you were studying that MBA. That's not a great reflection of the institute that trained you.

I bought triple washed silica sand for my kids sandpit and it's so dusty. I wonder if the fine particles are being added back into the end product for extra $$
What quality of your silica sand ini percent?

Hi Gunawan - the SiO2 content in the feed is between 91% and 93% and in the final product it reaches 99%.

Curious, I'm interested to know the final result of Iron Trioxide content. Have you reached 80 ppm?
Hello, thanks for your interest in our project. 80ppm is a very highly quality output and requires very good feedstock. In this instance we did not need to achieve such a low level of contamination. We have achieved less than 100ppm on other resources from around the world. Are you facing challenges with contamination removal? Hi Eric - the final SiO2 content of the sand is 99% from a range of 91% to 93% in the feed.
