Yes, start the kids early with responsibilities around the house. Tim is right who wouldn't want the Grimwade kids to visit. I love the communication between them, I think that's why they speak so well at a young age.

As a Mother of three I know how hard it is to not enable our kids. You and Ella do a great job with teaching them to be responsible and trust themselves with their responsibilities! Ella is a class act. an intelligent woman. she raises her children to be good spiritual people and know about grooming and style, education, sports, etc. She is not silly she is a golden mom snd you Tim are a great dad.
